Chapter 138
Myrah's POV
It was truly remarkable. From the last dish I had tried, Caylee's cooking had gotten better. Over dinner, we had a typical talk. In any case, it wasn't as horrible as I had anticipated.
Caylee brought me inside to the main lounge after supper. Without Valentino's assistance, I had no idea how to initiate conversation with her, so I was relieved that she had taken the initiative.
We took a seat across from one another on the white couches. She wore a one-shoulder wrap dress in burgundy and looked stunning. My clutch purse matched my red satin cutout side body-con dress that I was wearing with leopard print wedge booties.
"You've already moved here to live with Melvin?" To Caylee, I asked.
"Not at all. I continue to reside in my apartment. For now, I don't believe I want to move in with him. We recently made a commitment to one another and began a typical relationship. I like not to hurry things along."
