Chapter 9 - First episode (2)

With excitement brimming within him, Aska hurriedly descended from the tree house and made his way towards the adjacent shed, situated right beside the tree on which the tree house was built.

As he entered the shed, Aska pondered over the reason behind his father's decision to construct it. Upon stepping inside, he discovered an array of vegetables, each emitting a faint blue glow. He didn't touch other vegetables but he slowly approached the place where onions and tomatoes were kept, and as he picked them up from the basket they were placed in, when he picked them up the blue glow gradually diminished from them.

Sensing a cold sensation emanating from the tomato and onion, Aska wondered if his father was using chakra to keep the vegetables cold. Unaware of this technique, he held onto the vegetables and swiftly made his way back towards the tree house's staircase.

Upon reaching the tree house, Aska approached his father and inquired, "Father, did you use chakra to preserve the vegetables in the newly built shed?"

"Yes," his father replied.

Aska asked his father, "Father, why did you build that shed on the ground?"

Upon hearing his son's question, he responded with a slight smile.

"Aska, I made that shed to store vegetables, so we don't have to worry about them getting rotten if we are not able to use them."

"Oh, I see."

"Now, go and exercise until you can't continue, while strengthening your body with the chakra."

"Okay."

Aska descended from the tree house and began his exercises, while his father prepared green rabbit soup in the treehouse.

Time passed slowly, and the sun started to set on the horizon.

Aska, who was exercising continuously, eventually reached a point where he felt unable to continue strengthening his body. At that moment, the white glow surrounding him gradually faded away.

Recalling the delectable taste of the soup he had enjoyed on a previous occasion, Aska's mouth began to water. He had just completed an exhausting exercise routine and decided it was time to satisfy his hunger. Slowly, he made his way up to the tree house, his tired limbs making the climb laborious. Finally reaching the tree house, he entered it at a leisurely pace.

"Father, I've finished my exercise and I'm utterly exhausted and famished," Aska informed his father.

"First, go and wash your hands, and then come to the table. The soup is ready," his father replied.

"Okay." The news of the soup being ready filled Aska with anticipation, and his hunger intensified slightly.

Aska settled himself at the dining table while his father brought him the aromatic green rabbit soup. The enticing aroma reached his nostrils, making it challenging for Aska to contain himself, and he eagerly started sipping the soup.

"How long were you able to strengthen your whole body with chakra?" inquired his father.

"Father, I could strengthen my body using chakra until the sun set while I was exercising," Aska replied.

"Good, very good" his father praised, acknowledging Aska's progress in both physical strength and chakra control.

"Aska, now you are capable of strengthening your body with chakra for almost the entire day. It's time for you to start learning other aspects of chakra, starting from tomorrow I will start teaching you other aspects of chakra."

"Really, father?" Aska's excitement grew as he learned that his father would begin teaching him new ways to use chakra.

As Aska devoured the nourishing green rabbit soup, his father joined him at the dining table, enjoying the meal together.

While savoring the soup, Aska suddenly turned to his father and asked, "Father, when will we leave this forest?"

Caught off guard by the unexpected question, his father was momentarily startled and unsure of how to respond. Eventually, he calmed himself and replied, "We will go out when the time will come."

The scene slowly change.

The golden rays of the setting sun bathed the tree house, perched high atop the mightiest tree in the forest. Its sturdy wooden planks formed a cozy sanctuary, nestled amidst a sea of vibrant green leaves. Within its walls, two figures sat comfortably at a small wooden table, their faces illuminated by the soft glow of a lantern.

As the camera focuses on the scene, Aska and his father were eating the green rabbits soup. Steam rises from the plates of delectable food before them, carrying with it tantalizing aromas that blend harmoniously with the scent of nature.

Slowly, the camera begins to zoom out, shifting its attention from the intimate scene within the tree house. The surrounding forest comes into view, its towering trees stretching towards the heavens. The sunlight filters through the thick canopy, casting enchanting shadows patches upon the ground below.

Continuing its retreat, the camera widens its frame, revealing the vast expanse of the forest. Lush greenery stretches as far as the eye can see, with trees of various sizes standing proudly side by side. The gentle rustling of leaves creates a symphony of whispers, as if nature itself were participating in the evening's serenade.

With a seamless transition, the camera glides further away, capturing the panoramic beauty of the forest. Sunlight dances through the branches, painting patterns of light and shade upon the forest floor. The distant chirping of birds and the occasional rustle of woodland and roar from different creatures become faint echoes in the background.

Then, as if beckoned by an unseen force, the camera begins its journey towards the horizon moving slowly away from the tree house. It moves swiftly, traversing the vast distance, leaving the forest behind. The landscape changes gradually, giving way to rolling hills and meandering rivers, hinting at a world beyond the trees.

Finally, after traversing very long seeing back the forest looked like a dot from a eye, the camera comes to a sudden halt. In front of them, an expansive city-like ruin lay, resembling a symbol or sigil. At a distance, its intricate design gave the impression that it was a ruin of a city. However, upon closer inspection, it became evident that the rune extended as far as the eye could see. A chilling blue and green light radiated from its surface, enveloping the entire ruin. Numerous dead bodies were strewn across various corners of the ruin, appearing freshly slain. The sight was haunting, with the pile of corpses serving as a grim testament to the recent violence that had taken place, but one more look on the ruin can make some one feel that all the dead body laying there for a long period of time as if they were a part of the ruin.
