It would be fine if Tammy didn't react since it was possible that she might have some kind of hidden ability that would allow her to escape this situation. However, it would be impossible for this group to be this calm, especially since there were plenty of people that weren't as familiar with Tammy.
They were just Awakeners from other guilds that were currently cooperating with Tammy, so they wouldn't know her true abilities.
