It has been over a month since Daniel exploded the building in which he was in order to avoid being arrested by Jackson and his colleagues, and true to his words, he was ready to die rather than go to jail.
After the incident, Jerry mourned him for a little while because he wasn't able to keep the promise he made to Cynthia, which was to find Daniel and advise him to surrender himself to the authorities. But as the days passed, the incident became something of the past. No one taught or talked about it anymore.
Meanwhile, at Ethic Textiles, everything has gone back to normal; new investors have started investing in the company like before, and just like before, Ethic Textiles was once again recognized as one of the biggest companies in New York City.
