In the hospital.
Violet Taylor's injuries weren't serious.
It was just a mild concussion with a cut on her head, which required a few stitches; however, she still hadn't woken up.
Her phone was locked with a passcode, and Eve Thompson didn't know it, so she couldn't directly call her family. She could only notify Anthony Charlie.
But before Anthony could arrive, Violet was moved from the emergency room to a regular ward.
The doctor said, "…It's a minor injury, nothing serious, she'll be all right once she wakes up."
Eve Thompson quickly called Anthony back to tell him not to come anymore.
Anthony agreed.
Eve resolved to wait in the ward for her to wake up. After half an hour, the person on the hospital bed slowly opened her eyes.
Eve immediately leant in excitedly and called out, "Miss, you're awake? I'll go call the doctor!"
Violet Taylor looked at her strangely and didn't speak.
