The nurse had just dialed a phone number in the afternoon when, before the call could even connect, the door was abruptly pushed open. A tall man stormed in, snatched the phone straight from her hand, and ended her call.
Immediately after, the man grabbed the slip of paper from the nurse's hand.
The nurse was completely stunned, watching the man in front of her with trembling fear.
"Don't be nosy, got it?" the man threatened and then left.
The nurse was left shivering in the hospital's rest room.
She was truly frightened.
These people were of unknown origin, and they looked menacing. If she had made that call, she might have invited trouble upon herself.
She swallowed hard and quietly set down her phone.
