In the Bentley, Eve Thompson frowned and asked Anthony Charlie, "What's wrong with Uncle Charles?"
Anthony Charlie sighed, "Lung cancer."
As soon as the words "lung cancer" were spoken, the atmosphere inside the car instantly became oppressive.
Eve was surprised, "how could this happen…"
Anthony Charlie pursed his lips, "It was discovered earlier this year, but Oliver Charles was never told."
Eve felt a pang in her heart. So, Oliver Charles didn't know anything about it.
He had just lost his mother... would he lose his father too...
Freya Morrison stared blankly, her heart aching whenever she thought of that proud young man.
Biting her lip, she finally spoke up, "I hope this time, Uncle Charles can pull through."
Eve nodded silently.
She looked at Anthony, who said, "I've already contacted the best doctors, and they're on their way. By the time we arrive, the doctor should be at the hospital as well."
His mood was quite low too.
