Scarlet walked in the empty corridor with only one priority in her mind; to save Harper wherever she was in the building. Already, she can feel a strong pull coming from her, a need to be saved, and more than that, she could sense fear. She felt more alive than before and a sense of responsibility seems to be placed on her too. Whatever happened before she regained her conscious must have triggered something in her.
She stopped walking and stared at the person in front of her at the end of the corridor where there was a wall that indicates a dead end.
"Melanie," she called.
Melanie had her ear placed against the wall with her eyes closed. She opened them when she heard Scarlet call her and when she moved her head to look at her, she looked past her. Scarlet also turned to look behind her and she saw Johan standing there with a gun that hung down his hand. Her brows pulled at him and she could see how fearful and confused he was.
