As soon as Paige plunged into unconsciousness after saying those words, a shadow slipped from Scarlet's body and went up the wall.
Mrs. Monaghan watched as they took Paige away and then she suddenly turned to look at the window when she heard something hitting at it. She walked towards it and saw a black Raven trying to get its way in. She turned away from the window and started to head outside, but all of a sudden, the lights went off and the emergency lights came on. Mrs. Monaghan stopped walking and she took out her phone that vibrated in her pocket. She picked the call and heard commotion from the other end.
"We have a situation. We are being attacked!"
"How many are there?" she asked.
"One. I see only one."
"Then take the intruder down and alert all our men."
"But she is too powerful," he said and the doctor could hear the fear in his voice and the scream that followed after.
