Melanie stepped out of the lunchroom and stopped to look back with the corner of her eyes before moving it back to the front. She resumed walking, her face hardening this time as she made her way to the infirmary. On getting there, she stepped inside the place and her eyes fell on Elora who raised her eyes to see who had come.
Melanie stopped walking hastily and she now moved slowly while looking around the whole place. Her eyes fell on the chair she and Johan sat on the day Scarlet collapsed in the restroom and was rushed in here, where she had cried and blamed Johan that Scarlet was trying to kill herself because of him.
Her lips curled into a small smile and she let out a scoff.
"Times when I was helpless and looked weak, unable to do anything." She moved her eyes to look at Elora whose brows was pulled at her. "Did you have fun watching me break like that?"
