Scarlet resumed school the following week and while she attended classes, she was busy scheming out a plan. She already devised several means in her head and she was going to start it out once she was out of the classroom.
She moved her eyes towards the left and there, she saw Melanie sitting at the front, looking at her. Scarlet wondered what was going through her head. They haven't spoken a word to each other after that day.
Class came to an end and just as she was about to pack her books and slide it inside her bag, her eyes moved towards the entrance and she caught Melanie walking out, almost like she was sneaking away.
Scarlet furrowed her brows and made to zip her bag when she suddenly realized.
"Shit!" she cursed under her breath and quickly zipped up her bag before running out of the classroom. Her eyes scanned around and she turned to look in the other direction, there, she saw Melanie's back just before she turned the next corridor.
