"You certainly look happy today." It wasn't a question posed to Bayar, but rather a suspicious observation by Taiga.
At the moment, the orange-haired Beta indeed looked very satisfied with himself– Rather like a cat who'd finally got his cream.
His wide smile curled his lips so much that his fangs practically showed. If Taiga didn't know that Bayar was a wolf, he'd suspect the man was a giant tabby cat in disguise. And the young Alpha's statement drew an even wider grin from his Beta– As if that was even possible!
The joy that emanated from his eyes illuminated Bayar's face. He glowed!
One of Taiga's brows arched in question. Especially when his friend didn't utter a word in response.
"What is it, Bayar…?" the Young Alpha questioned skeptically. "What did you do…? What happened…? Come now. We have known one another forever."
