A few weeks before the arrival of Spring, the weather had begun to warm quite a bit as the snow started to melt. The last of the refugees from the Rising Moon clan had filed into the community, and the number of tents in the village more than doubled. The New Moon tribe felt fuller than it had ever been.
Of course, with such drastic changes, there were bound to be some unexpected surprises. One such occasion came when Golun was trailing after Goddess Tuzi one morning. The silly rabbit shifter was attempting to convince Oyuna that the reindeers should not have to migrate if they did not want to.
"Oyuna, please!" Tuzi begged with large tearful eyes, while attempting to plead her case. "What if the reindeers wanted to stay here with us? They enjoy eating strawberries and bao. If they migrate, they won't have any of their favorite yummies anymore."
