Belial walked from Lucifer's chambers, heading downstairs to the main floor of the castle. George was finally set free and sent into one of his Game Avatars located in Eldamar, the land of the Dark Elves.
Belial grinned, making his way towards the exit.
Everything felt empty as if nobody was around. He couldn't hear the slaves coughing and begging for food, or demons laughing from their pain. He didn't hear anything except for his own thoughts.
He felt like something was off.
"Hmm... it's been silent for quite some time. Usually, there's a lot of chaos happening within the castle, could everyone be grieving from Lucifer's loss?" George snickered, "Heh, of course they are. It's only natural that the kingdom will woe over the failure of their leader."
George approached the castle doors, opening them wide... until he was met with a familiar face.
"What?!" His eyes shot open before he was socked in the face, darting backward from the initial force, "Aghhh!!" He wasn't able to stop himself and crashed into the Demon King's throne, sitting right on it.
"You wanted a throne to sit on, didn't you? Well, there's your throne."
Christopher stepped foot into the throne room, shaking his fist back and forth.
"Goodness me, it felt like punching a bag of rocks; it must be from you being all brawn and no brain, hahaha!" He covered his mouth, laughing at his own joke.
Belial could only blink multiple times in confusion, recuperating himself.
Was this really happening? Was Christopher standing in front of him, in the flesh? Why wasn't he locked away inside the prison? He had so many questions... but he could only stare in shock.
"I was going to take a piss but got caught up in some other room. Then I made my way upstairs to hear the demons say Lucifer was fighting my beloved friend, Angelica. That's when I knew that help had arrived."
Belial slowly got off the throne, holding his shoulder in pain, "Do you... know who I am?"
Christopher scowled at him.
"Of course I do. You're the man who's been planning the downfall of the phantom mutiny and Ottenmore Kingdom. I heard everything when you were throwing a temper tantrum. You miserable soul, I pity you."
("A member of the Phantom Mutiny... can I win against them without the help of Lucifer's powers? No... I'll be killed if I don't play my cards right. Christopher's Phantom eyes are going to be a problem, I'm certain to die if I take him carelessly.")
Belial was nervously sweating, and even shaking in his boots.
He clenched his fist, lifting his hand as fast as he could.
"Rule-Breaker!!!"
Belial activated his mod, creating a three-dimensional magic circle. It was inscribed with coding that was not meant for the game. Each coding held data that could break the systems of Isekai World Online, making mods impossible to go up against.
But the Phantom Mutiny was different.
They were a group of powerful players who learned how to abuse the systems of the game and even loophole them.
Needless to say, they could outright resist mods in Isekai World Online, making them feared by the masses.
"I win!! With Rule-Breaker active, you won't have time to use anything! Perish into the Database, Christopher!" Belial, ecstatic as ever, summoned forth multiple portals around Christopher's body, firing lasers from each one of them.
They moved at light speeds, and their properties were erasing data, and all it touches from existence.
From Belial's standpoint, he grasped victory.
But it wasn't that easy.
"What the hell?! Genies?!" Belial widened his eyes in shock, losing his balance as he stumbled backward.
"Yes, you're correct, genies." Christopher mockingly grinned, leaning up against one of them, "They wished away the lasers you casted on me. Tsk, tsk, tsk, you have no clue who you're up against, do you?"
"How the hell do you have… so many?! What are you? Another modder like me?!" Belial shouted, clenching his hands into a fist, not wanting to believe his very eyes, "It's impossible! Five genies? Even someone like you should struggle to even obtain one!"
"You wanted to destroy the Phantom Mutiny, yet didn't do your research. How laughable." Christopher suddenly vanished at blinding speeds, "Velocity's edge!" Accelerating himself towards Belial, he thrusted his weapon deep into the fool's gut, stabbing him into the throne, "Your mods are nothing in comparison. The only thing they can do is be annoying. You pitiful waste of flesh, you drained your time trying to fight me when you could've spent it saying your prayers to the gods above." Christopher drove his weapon deeper.
"Ghhhhh…!! Aaaaahhhhh!!" Belial screeched in agony, grabbing the weapon in his chest while his HP gradually drained, "I mustn't die… I mustn't die!! Damnit all!!! Damnit it all to hell!" He yelled, wasting more of his HP from his pointless struggles.
"Yes, continue to scream. I want to hear your pointless struggles, they give me pleasure." Christopher stood up straight, kicking the end of his blade deeper into Belial's chest.
"Gaaaaahhhhh! Oh god… oh god, please! Give me mercy… the pain… I can't take it!" Sweat poured down his forehead as he cried on the throne, trying his hardest to yank the weapon out, "I'm sorry… I'll change, I swear it! Just don't kill me, please! I'm a player just like you!"
"Do you know how I summoned those genies?"
"W-What?! N-No… I-I don't, but please take the blade from my body, it hurts!"
"The Ring of Eternal Unity. It's a legendary artifact forged in the heart of the cosmos. It gives me the power to harness the error singularity; an ability I created that encompasses all magic classes and player classes."
"S-Such a thing… it's no different than a mod, how can you create something so ridiculous?!"
When Christopher activates the power of the Ring of Eternal Unity, the ring's gemstone pulses with radiant energy. He becomes enveloped in a shimmering aura, channeling the Error Singularity.
Within the Error Singularity, Christopher gains unparalleled mastery over all types of magic and classes within the game world. He can seamlessly access the essence of fire, water, earth, air, light, dark, and any other magical element present in the game.
He's able to wield spells, manipulate the environment, summon mythical creatures, heal wounds, and utilize the strengths of any player class available within the game. The Error Singularity adapts to Christopher's intentions and desires, allowing him to effortlessly transition between magical spells and class features.
He can swiftly switch between the agility of an assassin, the spellcasting prowess of a mage, the strength of a warrior, or any other player class's signature traits.
He was an unstoppable force, like the other guild members.
"It was a gift. I provided my beloved Emperor with a magnificent armory, whilst he gave me the power to create spells and items powerful like my ring. Are you jealous perhaps? Fuhuhu~!"
"Jealous?! I have a fucking sword stuck in my chest… and it's slowly killing me, please take it out!!!" Belial shook his head back and forth, tears streaming down his eyes.
"You aren't fond of pain, are you?" Christopher menacingly slanted forward, rubbing his palm against the fool's cheek, and whispering in his ear; "You better get used to it from where you're going, big boy~."
Belial gained shivers down his body, looking up at his enemy's smug expression.
"I know everything now. The pain you put those fraud Phantom Mutiny's through, the manipulation, and the plan to capture both me and Emerald. It's clear as day. You cannot hide nothing from me, Belial."
"H-How do… you know this?" The fool looked up with distressed eyes and a painful expression.
"I'm a debuffer hon, there's always something waiting in the corner~!"
Seductive Grasp. It was one of Christopher's custom spells. He can unleash a seductive murmur to captivate his opponents and disrupt their movements, but it's also passive, as it can activate whenever his opponent surrenders in his presence as Belial did previously.
When activated, this spell can lure the enemies into a trance-like state, making them more sluggish and reducing their movement speed by half. This debuff hampers their ability to evade attacks and maneuver effectively, but it also allows Christopher to read their minds, down to the last minute detail.
Belial wasn't safe any longer. Christopher had all the information he needed.
"Now that I know everything about you, how about I send you to hell, where you belong?"
"Hell? Heheh, Hehahaha! It doesn't exist… in the afterlife… it's nothing but void!"
Belial laughed at Christopher, calling out his bluff.
"Oh?"
But the one known as "Sandman" was serious.
"I believe you have it mixed up, dear king."
"…?"
"Lucifer has already created hell. The realm where infinite punishment is dished out to those who wronged him. It's where you will spend the rest of your life, making up for your sins."
"You… immoral bastard!!" Belial was visibly scared as he chattered his teeth, but he tried to hold his ground, "Finite crimes don't deserve eternal punishment!"
"Hahahaha, is that any way to talk to your Grim Reaper, Belial?"
"Stop it… don't do this, please… I'll serve you, I'll follow you… I-I'll even work for you for the rest of my life, spare me!"
"I have a preference for men, and you aren't on the list."
