Chereads / The Guide is Fixing His Regrets / Chapter 18 - Chapter Eighteen

Chapter 18 - Chapter Eighteen

Tae-Woo's throat was hoarse.

When So-Won heard the voice calling his name, tears popped out.

So-Won's legs felt soft, he barely grabbed the bed and stood up.

Then, tears began to flow down as if a tear gland had burst.

So-Won sobbed.

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry…" So-Won realized once again how much he had done to Tae-Woo over the past eight years.

So-Won looked around slowly.

Next to Tae-Woo, who had been struggling in pain, there were three guiding machines and broken bottles of alcohol rolling around.

Tae-Woo was barely holding it in. He was alone with no one else from long ago to now, and in the future, For 8 years.

"Taewoo… I'm sorry…" So-Won continued.

So-Won sobbed repeatedly.

The more So-Won looked at the mess in the room, the more he looked at Tae-Woo and the more guilty he felt.

So-Won's heart ached, he couldn't breathe anymore because of his breathing, which was ruined by crying, and he couldn't breathe anymore from saying endless sorry.

So-Won asked Tae-Woo if he was hurt.

He wanted to ask if the swollen veins hurt or if there was a hole in the stomach.

However, the useless mouth that could only cry turned into a murmur.

Still, So-Won continued to ask, and repeatedly apologized.

"I, I'm sorry…. Because of me, Tae-Woo…"

So-Won wanted to tell him.

'I killed you. You died horribly because I didn't guide you.'

He wanted to apologize to Tae-Woo, who was in front of him, who would not know his miserable end, but So-Won couldn't say anything.

Cowardly So-Won had no courage.

Like the constant rain, the tears that continued to fell to the floor.

In So-Won's eyes, he could see Tae-Woo's hands stretched weakly.

When So-Won touched a large and hard hand, Tae-Woo's dying hand came to mind.

Unlike then, it was neither hard nor cold.

However, the warm warmth felt at the fingertips made So-Won even sadder.

Tae-Woo's wave flowed in from his hands.

The fierce wavelength severely cut So-Won as if it knew So-Won's fault.

Today's Tae-Woo's wavelength was the strongest one So-Won has ever guided.

It's so obvious that if a young So-Won, who didn't know anything, had gone through it, he would have run away.

That's probably the reason why So-Won doesn't know Tae-Woo is like this.

Tae-Woo hid it on purpose because he was afraid that So-Won would be even more scared and anxious when he saw this.

So Tae-Woo always forced himself to endure when he was in a bad condition and called out So-Won only after he got a little better, but he refused, calling him a monster without knowing it.

"I'm sorry, Tae-Woo…. I'm sorry…."

Towards Tae-Woo, So-Won apologized to him who was already dead.

It was heartbreaking that the waves gathered into the heart.

It hurt so much that So-Won began to cry louder.

"How can I…" So-Won said.

It was not until Tae-Woo saw the big sobbing So-Won that he realized that So-Won in front of him was real.

Tae-Woo sprang to his feet.

A guiding machine that was narrowly attached to him fell from his body.

One fell off and another.

Guiding machines that were intertwined with each other began to fall off.

The expanded bloated body, wriggling blood vessels and sweaty skin from a long illness.

Tae-Woo couldn't hide his embarrassment as he looked down at his body exposed in the dark.

So-Won wrapped his arms around Tae-Woo's body and hugged him.

Tae-Woo's body came into So-Won's arms.

His rough skin, his thick, stiff veins, felt so well.

The flesh was burning hot.

The more the flesh felt hot, the more he hugged Tae-Woo.

Under So-Won's arm, he could feel Tae-Woo stiffening.

"Lee So-Won, it's dangerous." Tae-Woo warned.

It seemed as if Tae-Woo would embrace So-Won at any moment.

Even though Tae-Woo knew he couldn't do this, he hugged So-Won without a break and wanted to keep this tenderness in his arms forever.

"It's dangerous… Lee So-Won… ." murmured Tae-Woo, who was held in So-Won's chest.

It was a fierce, low voice that seemed to scratch So-Won's neck as if he was holding something in.

Tae-Woo gave So-Won goosebumps.

However, So-Won did not let go of Tae-Woo and hugged him even more strongly.

Tae-Woo stretched out his arm.

He felt a strong power.

So-Won, who stood helplessly as if clinging to Tae-Woo, was instantly drawn to it.

He closed his eyes tightly as his body was lifted.

So-Won expected a strong shock, but what he felt soon was the hot heat surrounding his whole body.

So-Won opened his eyes gently.

When So-Won came to his senses, So-Won was sitting on Tae-Woo's leg.

Without knowing the situation, Tae-Woo's arm covered So-Won's eyes.

The strong force hugged So-Won as if it would break it, but it didn't hurt.

Tae-Woo muttered So-Won's name.

The low voice in So-Won's ear was as hot as his body temperature.

Tae-Woo's body seemed to want to swallow So-Won.

The arm that held So-Won tightened.

So-Won couldn't see anything in Tae-Woo's arms.

Nevertheless, So-Won's mind gradually calmed down.

So-Won hugged Tae-Woo face to face.

Then he buried his face in Tae-Woo's chest.

It's been a long night.

"It's hot." So-Won mumbled.

It was hot.

It felt like a thick blanket was covering him in midsummer.

So-Won tossed and turned to escape from the heat surrounding his body.

However, the body trapped in the heat remained motionless.

So-Won tried to move his body a few more times, but he was frustrated as if he was bound by something.

So-Won was forced to open his eyes.

The first thing So-Won could see was Tae-Woo's big chest in his sleepy eyes.

Surprised, So-Won quickly breathed in and lowered his gaze along Tae-Woo's body.

Tae-Woo was hugging So-Won's waist, and he was lying on top of Tae-Woo.

'Oh, yesterday…' So-Won remembered what happened last night.

So-Won cried and cried for a long time in Tae-Woo's arms.

So-Won held Tae-Woo's body tightly and refused to let him go because he thought Tae-Woo would disappear if he let go of his arms.

Even after the crying stopped to some extent, So-Won leaned against Tae-Woo for a while.

At one point, So-Won felt his body getting heavier and looked at Tae-Woo, and Tae-Woo closed his eyes.

Tae-Woo, who fell asleep in a hugging posture, could not get up no matter how much So-Won woke him up.

So-Won managed to make Tae-Woo lie down.

However, Tae-Woo did not let go of So-Won.

So-Won tossed and turned for a long time and fell asleep uncomfortably while listening to Tae-Woo's breathing.

Seeing that the posture was the same as before closing his eyes, it seemed that Tae-Woo hugged So-Won all night and didn't let go.

Anyway, it was hot.

When So-Won woke up, he felt very uncomfortable because he couldn't move.

So-Won wiggled hard to escape Tae-Woo's arms.

However, the magnificent Tae-Woo's arms never fall off as if they had glue attached to So-Won's waist.

So-Won wiggled and struggled with Tae-Woo's arm for a long time, and eventually decided to wake him up.

"Tae-Woo… Tae-Woo…"

So-Won's voice was hoarse.

So-Won gently shook Tae-Woo to wake him up.

Tae-Woo's eyes flinched, trembled, and slowly opened.

It was still raining outside the window, so it was gloomy.

It was not bright, but it was not dark enough not to see Tae-Woo's face.

The veins that swelled up yesterday were back to normal.

His complexion seemed to be quite good, as if it was effective to put their body together overnight.

"So-Won…" Tae-Woo felt a warm and soft feeling in his arms.

Tae-Woo hugged it tightly without realizing it while he was half asleep.

"Ugh…" At the same time, a painful moan burst out of So-Won's mouth.

Only then did Tae-Woo, who came to his senses, hurriedly loosened his arms that hugged So-Won's waist.

"Are you okay?" Tae-Woo hurriedly examined So-Won's body.

Fortunately, it didn't crumble.

Tae-Woo was relieved.

Then, guilt came immediately to the fact that he hurt So-Won.

"I'm sorry, just in case…." Tae-Woo said.

"No, I'm fine." So-Won shook his head, rubbing his throbbing back.

So-Won thought his back was breaking, but fortunately, it was still connected.

Seeing it move, So-Won didn't think there would be a big problem.

Tae-Woo, whose expression became darker, rose up.

Then, So-Won saw Tae-Woo's solid chest in front of his eyes. He saw his condition, which he couldn't check in detail yesterday.

The upper body had more veins than other places.

The blood vessels that became thicker as they went to the heart were dark enough to be said to be just black.

Eight years later, Tae-Woo's face was just like this.

The face covered with blood seemed black, not like his skin color.

Looking at Tae-Woo's body now, So-Won couldn't say it was good at all, but it was still better than yesterday.

The blood vessels, which had expanded as much as the thickness of the finger, had returned to their original state.

There was no flinching movement.

After seeing Tae-Woo's veins filled his body yesterday, So-Won didn't feel disgusted because Tae-Woo was just in his usual condition.

Rather, So-Won felt relieved.
