"He's asleep now but you can still go in and check on him if you're in a hurry. " Wang Kai said and she took in a deep breath before going in. She looked at the man on the bed who wasn't sleeping at all and she sneered as she went over and sat on the couch and looked at him.
"What are you looking at? " she asked him and he chuckled.
"Looking at you of course. You're actually here to see me? That's a first time. " he said to her making her smirk.
"You really think highly of yourself. You're not that important okay? And here I was thinking and worrying..." she paused hearing herself and then took her phone out right away.
"Did I hear you right? Thinking and worrying... as in thinking and worrying about me? " he asked her as he beamed with happiness getting up scaring her.
"What are you doing? Lay down and stop moving about. " she said as she got up right away pushing him back down.
"Are you really worried about me? " he asked looking at her make sure he was fine and he pulled her closer to him making her fall right on him.

"Of course I am. I'm worried this might actually make you bed ridden and then you can't go back to Beijing so I can be done with you. So yeah, I'm worried. Happy now, cause if you are, you can let me go now. " she said to him and Xiao Juhan released his grip around her waist as she got off him.
"I'm going to work. Don't bother me too often. And besides, we're even now that I've checked on you since you looked after me in the hospital. " she said to him heading out.
"Song Mimi, I'm going back to Beijing tomorrow. Are you really not gonna miss me? Do you really not even have any slightest feeling for me for all these years? " he asked her in a serious tone.

"What happened? Mrs Song was looking quite pale when she left just now. Are you two good? " he asked him but he didn't answer and just when he was about to leave, he spoke again.
"Book our ticket to Beijing for tomorrow. I don't want to trouble her any further. And besides, she's right after all, I shouldn't fall too deep. " he said looking out the window.
