Final day of the trial.
"The accused, Lei Ming has been sentenced to six years in prison for assaulting his ex wife Song Mimi. All his properties will also be seized by the government until his time is up. Court dismissed. " the judge said before leaving the court room.
"Song Mimi, congratulations. You won the case. " Feng Nanxin said to her and she turned to him with her icy cold expression.
"But I still didn't get him to stay in prison for the rest of his life. What a shame. It's all good though. It's not as though he was gonna have a good time in prison." she said to him getting up as the officers also dragged Lei Ming out.
"Upon all your dilly dallying and all you could do was send me to jail for six years? Song Mimi, you're not as strong as you think. Where's your backup, where's Xiao Juhan? " he asked her with a smug on his face.
