Bob: So once you stiffen your body completely to its utmost limits at the moment you strike with the weight of your entire body…
(Bob demonstrates by punching a rock that has been hidden until now.)
Bob: This happens…
(The rock, which was perfectly intact a moment ago, explodes like TNT, sending debris flying.)
Alex: Wow, that was amazing! Now it's my turn… so, uh, do you have another rock?
Bob: Nah, I don't. We're fresh out of rocks.
Alex: 😐
Bob: Just practice the Seiken punch stance. That way, when you get another chance to try it out, you won't mess it up too badly.
Alex: …Okay. I guess I can work on that.
(Bob watches as Alex begins practicing the stance, his movements awkward but determined.)
Bob: Remember, it's not just about strength. You need precision and control. Feel the energy flow through your body and focus it right into your punch.
Alex: Got it. I'll give it my best shot.
(Bob nods approvingly, noticing Alex's focus and effort.)
Bob: And when we find another rock or anything solid enough you'll be ready. Believe me, practice makes perfect. Just don't go breaking anything important in the meantime!
Alex: (smiling) I'll try not to. Thanks for the tip.
(They both laugh, and Bob starts setting up a makeshift training area with what they have in the jail cell, ready to continue the training.)
(The next morning, Alex wakes up early and starts his practice, determined to master the Seiken punch. Despite the grim surroundings and the harsh training, he feels a spark of hope and excitement. With Bob's guidance and his father's relentless expectations, Alex knows that every punch, every movement, is bringing him closer to his goal.)
Alex: (Muttering to himself while practicing) I'm going to be ready. I'm going to be strong. And one day, I'll show everyone what a Hanma can really do.
(The camera pans out as Alex continues to train in the dim light of his cell, his resolve strengthening with each passing day.)

2 Weeks Later
——————————————————
(The cafeteria is alive with the usual chatter of inmates and clatter of trays. Alex sits at a table, calmly eating his meal. His recent training with Bob has made him noticeably more confident and composed.)
(Three large and intimidating prisoners, with their eyes set on trouble, enter the cafeteria. Prisoner 1, a muscular figure with a sneer, spots Alex and approaches with his companions.)
Prisoner 1: [Loudly] Well, look who we have here. It's the kid who thinks he's so tough to be here with us.
Prisoner 2: [Smirking] Think you're some kind of big shot, huh? Why don't you come over here and prove it?
Prisoner 3: [Grinning menacingly] Yeah, let's see if you've got what it takes to back up all that talk.
(Alex remains calm, setting his tray aside with deliberate precision. He stands up and faces them, his demeanor unshaken.)
Alex: [Coldly] If you want a fight, let's get it over with already!
(The three prisoners surround Alex. Prisoner 1 throws a wild punch. Alex sidesteps smoothly, grabs Prisoner 1's arm, and twists it behind his back. The force of the twist makes Prisoner 1 cry out and stumble forward.)
(Prisoner 2, attempting to surprise Alex, charges at him. Alex ducks and counters with a sharp knee to Prisoner 2's midsection. Prisoner 2 crashes into a table, groaning.)
(Prisoner 3 swings a metal tray at Alex. Alex catches the tray in mid-air and deflects it, then delivers a powerful kick to Prisoner 3's chest, sending him flying backward.)
(The guards, alerted by the commotion, rush in as Alex finishes the fight with swift and effective moves. Within moments, the three prisoners are on the floor, defeated.)
(The cafeteria falls silent, and all eyes turn to Alex. The guards quickly restrain the beaten
prisoners.)
Guard 1: [Looking around] Seems like this kid's made quite an impression.
Guard 2: [Astonished] That was impressive. He's definitely not someone to mess with.
(Bob approaches, a satisfied smile on his face.)
Bob: [Pleased] Good job, Alex. You've really come a long way.
Alex: [Smiling] Thanks. Just another day in here.
Bob: [Nodding] Keep it up. It's not just about fighting it's about control, discipline, and knowing when to act.
(Alex nods, resuming his meal as the cafeteria returns to its normal noise level. The respect from other inmates and guards is clear, and Alex continues to eat with a smile)
(A guard approaches Alex)
Guard 3: [Grimly] Hanma, you've got a visitor. Follow me.
(Alex looks at Bob with a curious expression before getting up and following the guard to a small visitation room. Inside, he finds a familiar face Biscuit Oliver, who is seated at the table, looking serious.)
Oliver: [Nodding] Lad, good to see you. I heard about the scuffle. Looks like you're fitting right in.
Alex: [Smiling] Thanks, sir. Just doing what I've been taught.
Oliver: [Leaning forward] I've been keeping an eye on you. Your progress is impressive, but you need to be prepared for the real challenges. There's a reason I'm here.
Alex: [Curious] What do you mean?
Oliver: [Sighing] You're ready for more than just the basics. The fights you've been in so far are nothing compared to what you'll face in the outside world or even in here. I've arranged for you to spar with some of the tougher inmates. It'll give you a better sense of your strengths and weaknesses.
Alex: [Determined] I'm ready for it. When do we start?
Oliver: [Nodding approvingly] Tomorrow. I'll be there to make sure you don't push yourself too hard. Remember, it's about learning and improving, not just winning.
(Alex thanks Oliver and heads back to his cell, feeling a mix of excitement and nervousness. The next challenge is already on his mind.)

(The following day, Alex arrives at the designated training area within the prison. It's a large, reinforced space with mats and heavy bags, designed for serious combat practice.)
(Oliver stands by the entrance, watching as Alex prepares for his sparring session. Several tough-looking inmates are already there, stretching and warming up. They eye Alex with interest.)
Oliver: [To Alex] These are some of the best fighters in the prison. They've been handpicked for their skill and tenacity. Just remember to stay focused and use what you've learned.
(Alex nods, stepping onto the mat. The first inmate, a hulking figure known for his brutal fighting style, steps up. The sparring match begins, and Alex finds himself in a fierce exchange of blows and blocks.)
(Despite the inmate's strength and aggression, Alex's training pays off. He moves with agility and precision, anticipating his opponent's moves and countering effectively. The fight is intense, but Alex manages to gain the upper hand and delivers a Seilken Punch to which knocks his opponent down after the backlash in the opponents body happens due to the Seilken Punch.)
(After the match, Alex is exhausted but exhilarated. The inmate, panting and impressed, extends a hand to Alex.)
Inmate: [Breathing heavily] You're pretty damn good, kid. Didn't expect you to hold your own like that.
Alex: [Smiling] Thanks. I've had some good teachers.
(Oliver nods in approval as Alex catches his breath. The other inmates and guards watch with newfound respect.)
Oliver: [Clapping Alex on the back] Well done. You've proven yourself today. Keep up this level of training, and you'll be ready for anything.
Alex: [Determined] I won't let up. I'm here to become the best I can be.
(As Alex leaves the training area, he feels a sense of accomplishment and anticipation for the future. His journey in the prison has just begun, and he's ready to face whatever challenges lie ahead, knowing he's gaining strength and skill with each day.)
