Kim Hajin's Pov
As I was walking through cube from the dorms to my class, I suddenly remembered that Final exams for the first years are near. From what I remember, if the Co-Author didn't change many things related to it, It'll be on a deserted island. Well I guess I have to prepare for that too. There's also an important item there that I want to get my hands on. But I'll leave that for later. As I was thinking that, I reached the class door and opened it.
As usual, the class looked at the door opening to see who came in and looked away a second later. Once I sat on my seat, I checked the time, there were 5 minutes till the teacher arrived. I could hear Chae Nayun nagging from the other corner of the class. As usual, Shin Jonghak was looking at his crush. His so called companion was sitting next to him.
While I was thinking that, my gaze met Yoo Yeonha's. I waved my hand a little to say hi while she just nodded. As I was doing that, the instructor entered the class.
The class was boring as usual. Nothing changed much from the original Novel except the fact that Rachel now usually sat besides me. At the start, I did receive some glares from the boys but it didn't last long. Just before the class was about to end, the instructor told us about the upcoming Island Exam. Most of the students were excited but some students who didn't perform well were looking sad. They probably won't make it to the second years.
As soon as class ended, I started packing my stuff when I felt a slap on my back.
"Hey Kim Hajin! Help me with the theory exams will you?!?! "
"No... I don't want to. Besides, it'll be a waste teaching a muscle-head..."
"What did you call me...?" She glared at me with some anger. I flinched a little but maintained my composure. "Nothing. Also, I don't have time to teach you... I got my own stuff to do"
"Come on!! It won't take that long!"
"No... I wi--" As I was about to say that, I heard a slight tap on my back. I turned my head to see Rachel looking at me with a book in her hand
"Hajin-sii, Could you please help my with this question?"
"Sure" I took her book and looked at the question, It was a very difficult one.
"I'm sorry if I'm wasting your time so you d--"
"No its okay, I have plenty of time. And this won't take too long so you don't need to worry about it too much." As I was about to start solving it, someone shouted in near my ears in a very angry voice
"Hey!!! Why are you helping her?! Why don't you help me as well?!?!You said you have don't have time when I asked you to do it... So why do you have 'plenty' of time for her?!"
"Because she asked it sincerely, and it's because she's someone who actually wants to learn and is good at it... Maybe if you become a little politer, I'll reconsider. But I doubt that will even happen..."
"Uhhh" She frowned and left the room while stomping her foot. Shin Jonghak glared at me as if protecting his 'girlfriend'. I glared back, although I wasn't as strong. Stats weren't important between us since I was a sharp shooter and he was a Spear User. After I beat down his dogs in the competition, they didn't try to bully me any further. It was clear that they were angry, but their pride won't allow them to do something after facing such humiliation.
Back to the present, I started solving the question. While I did that, Rachel was watching at the question being solved like it was nothing. She got used to me solving these questions, and since I was 1st in theory, everyone got used to it. It wasn't that hard since I had the[Observation and Reading] gift. Once again, I realized how cheat this gift was. It allowed me to view information on nearly anything. It was a gift which had an Omniscient Potential.
After that, I left the class and went to some shops to buy basic equipment for the exams. After buying everything, I checked my watch to see if there were any messages. It seemed Chae Nayun was still begging me to help her. While scrolling through reading messages from club, I saw that Rachel also sent me a message.
[Hajin-sii, What do you think of the exam?]
[Do you have some guesses of what its gonna be like?]
Hmm, It seems like she noticed that I wasn't paying much attention in the class. Well, it was normal since she was sitting next to me. I began thinking if I should give her some hints or something. It will probably change the storyline a little, but on the other hand, I will get closer to an important character.
I though a little and than send her a message.
[I took some guesses, and I think it would be good if you brought some camp equipment. From what I heard, it will take place in an island. I think it'll be something related to survival, So you should get ready if that happens. Still, its only a guess so you shouldn't rely on it too much]
After some time, I received a reply.

I still get amazed at how different she is while texting compared to how she is in class. Its like she has an unapproachable aura in the class, but while texting, she expresses her emotions more energetically.
While chatting, I reached my dorm room. As soon as I entered the door, something attacked my back and I fell down. When I turned around, I saw Evandel's seed on my back. It looked like it was angry for some reason. I suddenly remembered that I forgot to feed her today. I quickly got up and took out some gauzes socked in blood. I fed her to Evandel's seed.
"I hope you grow up nicely and help me later"
I wondered how she'll turn out after hatching. Since I fed her Rachel's blood, I though that she will develop a graceful and elegant personality. Well, we'll only know after it hatches...
After that, I sat down on the sofa to relax. I grabbed some snacks and turned on the TV. After watching some news, I looked at the clock, it was still around 7 PM. I have to do training as well, but that's only possible after everyone else leaves the training ground.
I decided to get a quick nap before going to the training facility.

It was already 10 PM. I entered the training ground and went to the gym section. I still hadn't tested the skills that I had created using the Authority. Compared to how useful they'll be, they were quite cheep and didn't take too much SP. I guess that's a good point of an Authority specializing on creating skills.
I checked my status video... there was some changes but not too noticeable.

These were the six skills I had created by using my authority. Just as the name suggests, Long Dash allowed my to Travel long distances of nearly a hundred meters in a short time in at an extremely fast Speed in exchange for SP. The SP required was high, but it could also consume Magic Power if wanted. Double Dash just divided the Long Dash into two parts, the only difference was that between the two dashes, there was a short stop when I could move or grab anything. Its good point was that I could change the directions of both Dashes. So, running after grabbing something was possible. It was also more controllable.
Teleport could teleport me at a random point 10 meters away from my original location. It didn't consume SP but required huge amount of Magic Power. If I want to do it as of now, I would only be able to do it a 3 times before completely draining Stigma's Power. Super Recovery would consume a large amount of SP at once instead of consuming it slowly and instantly heal me completely. The only side effect was that I would feel a headache after the healing effect. But it wasn't something like the one Stigma would give me, so it was bearable to the point that I wouldn't faint.
Strengthening would temporarily double my stats by consuming a large amount of SP. 1 SP would double my stats for 1 minute. So if I used 60 SP, I would be stronger than even Suho for a whole 60 minutes. But as good as it was, it had drawbacks, the Drawback was that after I used it, I would be completely be exhausted, but that wouldn't be a problem since I had the Super Recovery Skill. Auto Dodge would allow my body to dodge attacks automatically while fighting. But in exchange, it would put too much stress on my brain. So I could only use it for 10 minutes, after that, I would be so stressed out that there was a 10% chance of me fainting. But that chance did depend on my luck, so it was a perfect skill for me.
With this much, I don't think I would face any difficulty in the Final Exam. Since I couldn't continue to hide during the whole story, I decided to reveal my self. But of course, if I would just reveal everything when I was still weak, I wouldn't survive that long that the Djinns would hunt me down in no time. So I had to do this much to survive.
The good point was that since I would reveal my self and partake in important events more openly, I would be able to gather quite a lot of SP from the increase of my importance in this world. I was thinking of revealing myself by winning at least a top 10 spot in the exams. so I had quite a lot of things to do.
Although I had become stronger, I still wasn't used to this strength. So I had a lot of training to do. Well, there's still time left before the Final Exam, so I don't need to worry too much. The only thing that could endanger my life would be change in the actions of Boss and the Chameleon Troupe.
Well I wasn't sure to die, but the chances of it happening were high if they did something. While thinking that, I started my training routine.

After training for two hours, it was already 12AM night. I went back to my dorm and jumped on the bed. I was dead tired from training but it was necessary.
"Hmm, I wonder if I'll grew an attachment to this world..." Maybe, its possible if I become an important variable in the storyline. But if that happens, I wish this world wouldn't end. If I got attached to this world, it could be both good or bad. If I am not able to get back to my own world after the canon story ends, than this change would be good. But I couldn't help but think what would happen if I returned. I wasn't even sure if my parent or loved ones would be alive when I get back. Will I be able to meet them? Maybe Yes... Maybe Not.
As I was thinking that, I began entering the dreamland. I wish... If I had more information, it would be so better...
