Chapter 8 - Chapter 7: [soul container]

"And what is the use of [soul container]?" Lu Zhi asked eagerly, envisioning the possibilities of storing numerous items, plants, and even livestock within her grasp.

"[soul container] is a powerful ability that allows the user to store various objects, living beings, and entire ecosystems within a specially created container," Little zhizhi explained. "The container is intricately linked to the user's soul and energy, and its size, capacity, and complexity depend on the user's power level."

The explanation continued, outlining the different uses and capacities of the [soul container]:

1. **Objects and Inanimate Items**: At its basic level, the user can store regular objects and inanimate items within the [soul container]. This includes precious artifacts, ancient relics, valuable treasures, or any items the user wishes to safeguard from theft, damage, or degradation.

2. **Livestock and Living Beings**: As the user's power grows, they can store living beings within the [soul container]. This includes small animals, pets, or even larger creatures like livestock. The container provides a safe and secure environment for living beings, preserving their health and well-being while inside.

3. **Plants and Trees**: With further mastery of the [soul container] power, the user can store living plants and even entire trees within the container. This ability is useful for preserving rare or endangered plant species, creating a mobile garden, or relocating botanical marvels to safer locations.

4. **Ecosystems and Habitats**: At the highest level of power, the user can expand the [soul container] to store entire ecosystems and habitats. This allows them to create miniature worlds with flora, fauna, and diverse environmental conditions—a thriving biosphere within their container.

"[The key feature of this container is its ability to be opened by anyone, anywhere, as long as they possess a specific key tattoo which was given by the master of the container.]"

Lu Zhi couldn't contain her excitement. The [soul container] offered unparalleled protection and preservation for the stored items, beings, or ecosystems. She imagined the possibility of safeguarding her family within the container, keeping them safe from the harsh realities of the apocalypse.

However, as her excitement grew, she also recognized the ethical dilemmas associated with the containment and manipulation of living beings and ecosystems. The power of the [soul container] could lead to conflicts and dangers if mishandled. To avoid suspicion and potential danger, she decided to conceal the true nature of this ability, presenting it simply as a space power, much like the other powers in the end of times.

With the knowledge of her [ANCIENT INSIGHT], [SPACE MANIPULATION], and [soul container], Lu Zhi was now armed with a formidable set of powers that would shape her destiny and lead her through the treacherous world of the apocalypse.

Meanwhile, In a towering tower at the very top, there was a spacious office with floor-to-ceiling windows that provided a breathtaking view of the world below. Inside the office, a man stood by the window, lost in thought. The memories of the end of the world had flooded his mind throughout the day, leaving him perplexed yet determined to find the girl from his past. He had little to go on—only her name, Zhizhi, and the knowledge that she was always alone, wandering from one base to another. Her unique appearance made her a target for those seeking to exploit her or claim her as their own, even in the chaotic world of the apocalypse.

Even he, who doesn't have any idea about romance made his heart tremble.

"I am a girl," she confessed suddenly, drawing closer to him and catching him off guard.

"What?" he stammered, trying to remain composed, though his heart raced at her proximity.

"Hah, I just wanted you to know because I need to change my clothes here. If it weren't for this blood all over my body, I really wouldn't want you to know," she grumbled, turning her back to him.

"You!" He was taken aback when she swiftly removed her clothes, and he instinctively averted his gaze. 'Her skin looks so soft and white even in this apocalypse... damn!' he cursed inwardly, his thoughts betraying him momentarily. He tried to maintain an air of indifference, but the sight had left an impression on him.

"What are you muttering there?" she questioned, appearing behind him suddenly.

"No," he replied curtly, attempting to mask his nervousness, though his ears still burned. Luckily, she was oblivious to his inner turmoil.

In the first year of apocalypse, he meet her.

Knock. Knock.

The sound of knocking interrupted his thoughts of her, causing him to frown in irritation. "Come in," he responded in a tone as cold as an ice cellar.

"...." The person outside the door trembled in fear. As he entered the room, his legs shook uncontrollably while the boss stared at him with piercing eyes.
