Eden Cooper
*******************
She had completely forgotten about her date with Peter and the kiss, in fact, almost everything that happened between them. She was so excited and was all caught up with Lowell that she didn't even remember Peter or anybody else.
She looked at him. He stared at her with a wide grin on his face; she felt guilty and didn't even realize that she was leading him on without him knowing. He probably thought that she was so in love with him and wanted to give them a chance, not knowing that it's completely the opposite.
"Peter, what are you doing here?", she asked. He looked at her because she was just acting odd. He didn't realize that she had lost a bit of her memory.
"I work here", he told her. She felt completely dumb for asking him that and wished she could take it back, but it was late. She just smiled at him, and he sat on a chair opposite where she was. She felt completely awkward and didn't even know how she was going to break everything to him, but she just had to.
"Oh, I'm so lost, please pardon me", she said. She comported herself in front him because she was already feeling much like a weirdo, and she probably thought she was one.
"It's almost lunch, so I thought to remind you about our little date", he said to her with that cute smile of his. She wasn't really the type of person to turn down a guy.
"I know. I haven't forgotten. I just want to see you", she said. Peter felt a little alarmed by that and hoped that he hadn't done something wrong, but just sat there to listen to her.
"About the kiss yesterday, it was a mistake. I was going through a lot and had mixed feelings, then I kissed you, so please don't take it to heart. Let's just forget about it and continue being friends because our going further into a relationship will have no future, especially because I love someone else'', she told him. She was happy she had finally let everything out. She felt guilty, anyways, because it seemed as if he was surprised by it, but being the mature adult, he just covered it up.
"It's okay. Although I'm very hurt, I wish you the best. I'm also very jealous of the person who got your heart because you've always been against love, but I wish you happiness anyways, and if things don't work out, I'm here for you", he said. It made her laugh a little because that last part was a little funny.
"Okay, Peter. Thank you for your understanding, and if I hurt your feelings, I'm sorry", she apologized. He just looked at her with a smile before giving her a brief hug and left her office.
She felt a little relieved that it was settled and she didn't have to keep it in her chest.
A few minutes after getting her work done, the chief came into her office again.
"We have a case", he told her. He dropped the file on her table, and she called Peter to check the case with her. After much examination, it was clear that her doubts were being cleared and it was definitely a werewolf behind the attack.
"We're going to the woods to check it out", she said. She definitely had the audacity to face it, but Peter thought it was a bizarre thing to do.
"I don't know, Eden. I don't think we should jump into conclusions just like that", he told her. She wanted to listen to him, but she had made up her mind.
"I'm going with or without you", she said and got up from her chair. She called a few police officers to follow her to the woods; Peter had no choice than to do the same .
The chief didn't want to agree with her, but after much persuasion, they were finally able to convince him. They made out a good plan and planned to put their plan into execution tonight.
Few hours later, they were in the woods, ready to take down whatever monster or werewolf was coming their way. Though the rest of the cops thought it was ridiculous. They thought she was exaggerating, still believing that it was a bear.
Carlsen already spotted them and was ready to use the opportunity to get Eden. He got the other werewolves and told them to distract the cops, while he used the opportunity to grab Eden and run away with her.
His men already got surrounded and were ready to attack them . They were so distracted by the big creatures creeping up on them that they didn't notice that Eden was gone.
"What are those creatures, Eden?", Peter asked Eden whom he thought was beside him. He looked by his side only to realize that she was gone. He was so scared, especially with the fact that he was sure that he had seen her earlier and wondered where she went
The fight was so tough. The cops tried fighting the werewolves with all their might, but they were no match for them and only few survived, including Peter.

Lowell Keelin
Lowell went to Eden's house, hoping to see her there since it was already so late in the night, but he didn't meet her there and got scared. He even tried her number a couple of times, but she didn't pick up.
He got a call from an unknown number, and when he picked it up, he got the shock of his life.
"Hey, Falcon", he heard that same annoying voice. He was so pissed off, and he suddenly got the idea that Carlsen might have a connection with Eden's disappearance.
"Where is she?", he asked. He was so smart; he didn't want to hear Carlsen beat around the bush.
"She's here with me, and I promise you that within an hour from now, she'll be dead, so just prepare a grave for her", he said. Just before he could reply, Carlsen hung up.
He was so furious that his wolf wanted to come out and tear everything apart, but he just controlled himself.
He started figuring a way to find her and thought that he should just sniff around, and since they were mates, he would be able to find her.
He got into the woods and changed into his wolf form. He was sniffing around and was able to find her. He was surprised to see that she was just in some part of the forest and was surprised at how easy it was to find her, so he suspected that it was a trap.
"Eden, are you okay?", he asked, patting her face gently.
Welcome", he heard a voice and turned to see Carlsen with a few other werewolves. It was definitely planned.
"What do you want?", he asked Carlsen.
"I want her so I can destroy you", Carlsen said.
"It's me you want, so let her go. Why involve her in this? It's between both of us, so don't drag her into this", he said.
"But we both know she's the key to your freedom, and I won't stop until I've killed her", he said, ready to attack him. Lowell changed into his wolf from and so did Carlsen.
Carlsen carried him and threw him away, but he was quick to get back on track. He wasn't so strong, but he was determined to defeat Carlsen at all costs.
He got back up and scratched Carlsen, making him groan in pain. Carlsen was infuriated and then he pushed Lowell to the ground. He carried him by the neck and was so happy that he had won.
"You pathetic being, you're no match for me", Carlsen said. He was about to finish him off, but then, he felt a sword piercing through his stomach and turned to see Eden fully awake.
He threw Lowell away and wanted to face Eden. "You stupid human", he said about to hit her, but Lowell was quick to get up and stab him again.
He fell down on his knees and the rest of the werewolves ran away because they were no match for Lowell.
He beheaded him, and he heaved a big sigh of relief. Everything was all over and after mating with Eden the curse was broken.
"Eden, Eden", he said and ran towards her side . She was so weak and collapsed in his arms.
