Apollo and Cias met to hang out in the center of the shopping district but they were mainly just there to chill. They went to the arcade ,"You suck at this game" Apollo said, Cias talked back ,"Not nearly as bad as you, little shit." Fighting games, spinning gambling games, skeeball and etc were played. Smiles ear to ear were seen by everyone. Their laughter making everyone around them give them weird looks. They said ,"Weirdos" "Look at them" "Why do they do that?" Apollo looked directly at Cias with his arms out wide ,"They hate us cause they ain't us" Cias repeated ,"They hate us cause they ain't us" and they laughed even louder.
They ate out and then started walking home ,"What's up Flat-Brim Samurai" a guy with a boombox and afro said. (Who even is this guy, an old school rapper or something) Apollo thought. Apollo looked at Cias with an eyebrow raised ,"Who are you?" Cias said, the guy, seemingly around their age wearing a tracksuit, replied ,"Devan, I've been hearing your name very often and I came to you to see if you're worth all the hype."
Apollo said ,"What does that mean?" with a confused expression. Devan replied ,"Check this" and put his boombox on the ground, pressing a button to turn it on. Don't Sweat The Technique by Eric B. & Rakim started to play and Devan started to bop his head up and down. ,"What are you doing?" Apollo told him ,"Just wait a little bit, you're too impatient" and then he started to breakdance… really well. Spinning on his head and shoulders, then balancing on one of his hands, he kicked his legs around when he posted his arms on the ground.
He then stood up in front of Apollo and said ,"You just got served, what you gonna do?" ,"Probably just go home" Apollo said back. Devan then said ,"Fight me" but Apollo said ,"Yeah no…" which made Devan a little bit angry but he still held up a cocky smile. He then sent out a punch at Apollo which he dodged. Apollo rolled his eyes and got into a fighting stance ,"That's what I'm talking about" Devan replied. Apollo just went along with it and let out a long breath, Devan walked forward with a second punch queued up. Apollo dodged this one as well and countered with one of his own but Devan moonwalked out of the way and hit a three piece combo with a hook to the stomach, a hook to the jaw and a roundhouse back to the body BAM BOOM KABOOM.
(His speed, precision and movements are insane) Apollo thought, slightly dazed after receiving some damage. Cias watching all of this analyzed that even though Devan was goofy he had some serious skill. Apollo grabbed his arm, twisted and slammed him on the ground BAM cracking the concrete in a 3 meter radius. Even though it knocked the wind out of him, Devan almost immediately recovered and got air back in his lungs. Now glowing with a white aura Devan spun on his hands and put his legs in the splits position. He then kicked Apollo like a rotating dreidel over and over and over again TIK TIK TIK TIK TIK TIK TIK TIK.
Apollo was feeling all of the impacts, they chipped away at rips till they finally broke even when Apollo had activated Art: Reinforce at just the right time, he had to get used to how this guy attacks or he'd lose. (Not again, I DON'T WANT TO LOSE AGAIN SO SOON) Apollo thought as he activated Art: Recovery, grabbing Devan's leg and swinging him around until he brought him up and swung down like the bokken he wielded BANG. Devan, slamming into the ground creating a bigger crater a second time, decided to get fully serious. Faster and faster he danced, BANG BANG BOOM BANG four kicks in a row sent Apollo sliding. ,"HOW ARE YOU STILL GETTING FASTER!?!" Apollo asked ,"If I told you that there'd be no fun for you" Devan replied as he continued to attack. Although many opponents Apollo fought were strong, none had been this smooth and precise with their movements, the power of this breakdancer was legendary!!!
