Frivo woke up disheveled, and he even screamed upon seeing my face.
"You scared the hell out of his poor soul," Cavin hissed as he watched Frivo's terrified reaction. Cavin's voice dripped with disdain, making it clear that he took pleasure in Frivo's fear.
"Shut up, Cavin! I just walked," I muttered, trying to defend myself. But Cavin's laughter filled the room, mocking my feeble explanation. His taunting only fueled my frustration, and I vowed to confront him later about his cruel behavior. In the meantime, I quickly composed myself and glanced at Frivo, who was still trembling in the corner. I felt a pang of guilt for unintentionally scaring him, but I couldn't let Cavin's sadistic nature go unaddressed.
"You should take something to calm your nerves," I suggested to Frivo, trying to offer some comfort.
"Oh, don't mind me!" Frivo quivered as he attempted to regain his composure. "I'll be alright," he managed to say, though his voice still trembled.
