Ariel's confusion grew as Erebos's words didn't make sense. "Your sister has been taken by Azriel, she is not here," Erebos said, rising from his throne. Ariel frowned, trying to make sense of his contradictory statements.
She wasn't about to let Erebos play games with her.
He'd better not think of this or she wouldn't hesitate to cause destruction if he didn't provide answers.
"How did Azriel take her?" she demanded.
"She was taken by your beasts and how did you know Azriel took her?"
Erebos let out a tired sigh and rubbed his head. "This queen sure knows how to ask questions," he muttered, acknowledging Ariel's persistent curiosity.
Erebos nodded, his expression serious. "Azriel discovered that Olivia was heading to the Nefarious Mountain," he explained. "He asked me to retrieve her before she reached there, using my beasts."
"And why doesn't Azriel want Olivia to go to the Nefarious Mountain?" Ariel asked.
