Kiara watched Daniel as he got close to the door and tried to open it.
Kiara tried as much as she could not to scream as she kept hearing strange sounds.
Daniel turned to her and gave her a sign not to scream or make any noise.
Slowly he opened the door and was knocked down by a man in a mask.
"Somebody help!" Kiara screamed.
His grip on the gun was stable and sure.
Kiara was shaken with fear as she started sweating and her heart raced as she saw Daniel on the floor growling in pain and a gun pointed at her.
She looked at the gun in the man's arms and was tempted to run away, but then she wouldn't wanna get shot, her kids still needed her.
She heard a thumping crispy sound and she turned and saw the muscular man walking slowly towards her.
She froze, her pulse and chest began to compete against one another.
Her legs weakened as she thought it was the end for her.
