She restores the team and sends them to the final Elite 4 member. The door opens to reveal a man sitting on a throne. The Dragon Tamer, Lance.
Lance: So you've all made it here to me. My name Lance, the last person you'll need to face before the champion.
He throws out his five Pokéballs. Out of them is a Charizard, Gyarados, Aerodactyl, Dragonair, and Dragonite.
Lance: I specialize in dragon type Pokémon. They're among the strongest of all Pokémon.
Leon: But only two of them are actually dragon type. Aside from that Dragonair, everyone of them is flying type. Maybe they should call you Bird Tamer Lance.
Lance: ...Everyone, Hyperbeam.
Five massive beams are sent Leon's way. He barely manages to escape with his life.
Lance: Let's get this started shall we?
Due to Lance's anger, all of his Pokémon are forced to recharge. Rai takes the opportunity to deal with Gyarados quickly and hits it with a critical Thunder, knocking it out.
Lance: Aerodactyl, Rock Slide.
Otto drags the others out of the way but is hit with the attack herself, knocking her out.
Lance: Charizard, Overheat.
The attack is directed towards Ivy but Leon jumps in the way and blocks it with his wings.
Leon: I see how you work. You like to use powerful moves with heavy drawbacks. No need to worry about those drawback when your opponent's obliterated right?
Lance: It looks like you already understand.
Leon: Yeah but I'm gonna beat that ideology with pure strategy.
Leon uses Air Slash at the Dragonair but it dodges.
Leon: Rai, catch the alley-oop!
Rai kicks the Air Slash and send it back at Dragonair with double the speed and power, knocking it out.
Leon: See? No drawback to that.
Lance: Impressive, but how about this? Dragonite, Hyper Beam.
Leon is almost hit by the attack but Rai makes it just in time to get him out of the way. He takes a lot of damage but is still fine.
Lance: This is the power of my dragons.
