"Yuming!" Mingxia screamed, walking slowly down the stairs. She had a worried expression and Yuming only wished the news hadn't gotten to her ears so soon. "I couldn't find Lixin anywhere. He is not answering my calls nor my text messages. I am truly worried and I can't remember anything that happened afterwards I fainted."
Yuming gulped in and took Mingxia by her right arm. She pulled her upstairs and back to the room where she came from. Sitting Mingxia down, Yuming gave a glass of water to her and nervously watched as she gulped it in.
"You might freak out by what I will tell you just now"
Her words guaranteed Mingxia every reason to panic. It didn't just only mean something bad had happened, it also depicted it involved Lixin.
"After you fainted, Xiang Qi used your stillness to get the golden flower from Lixin which he did give to her and slyly she struck him with poison on his right chest, just below the heart."
