*Rosemary*
I opened my eyes and signed. My body felt heavy today. The apprehensiveness from my dream hadn't disappeared. I would have called Kine to ask if he had any news regarding Saffron, but I had bothered him enough already.
I slapped myself. Right now, I needed to focus on coming up with ideas to pay off the debt. We had slightly less than a month now to do so. Selling crops was a no go, given what we planted wasn't going to provide any produce for at least another two months or so.
I sat up, rubbing my temples as I tried to think. I could try selling some of the livestock, but that would only be a temporary solution. I needed something more sustainable.
Suddenly, an idea struck me. We could start a small business. Mrs. Daikiri was good at baking. The kids and neighbors loved her fresh bread. We could start selling them at the local market. It wouldn't make a lot of money and even include additional costs, but it would be a start.
