In her opinion, living in clans and large numbers was quite disadvantageous. For a person like her, it was good after all being a genius, she could attend a meeting like this and become first when getting a job.
She didn't need to work tirelessly for it as her title would earn her a spot. But did that mean that she was the only hard-working person in the clan?
That wasn't the case actually, there were many of them who were talented. However, the system which discriminated against family members and disciples made it impossible for those from side branches to benefit like those from the main clan or branch.
When people continue being suppressed and yet working hard for those who they think don't deserve it, troubles tend to rise. It was easy for an uprising to occur and a lot of infighting.
When that starts to happen, the clan in general can fall. And when that happens, another clan might benefit. When such a case happens, how would they solve it?
