"Welcome back, mistress!" the welcome thundered as more than twenty ladies said earnestly while looking at Tapiwa with excitement.
Tapiwa beamed as she felt her blood boil with excitement. "Thank you, everyone!" she couldn't help but feel emotional.
The girls and women beamed, seeing that Tapiwa was doing well. They could be seen fidgeting while playing with their fingers and mumbling to one another.
"You don't need to keep me company. You may all head back. I will see you properly tomorrow!" she smilingly said as she looked at the servants.
It was already dark, so there was no point in keeping everyone to suffer in the cold.
Upon getting her instruction, the ladies assented, and shortly only Tatenda and Ma Tino remained.
Walking towards the manor, since the carriages were already ahead, Tapiwa started talking with the two.
"How was the estate when I was gone? Did anyone try to cause trouble?" she was worried about that, mostly.
