Tapiwa didn't have a lot of plans for the food before, but after thinking about how it was useful to her ability users, she decided to provide them the food in the future.
At the same time, selling some of it to her rich investors would also suffice. After all, as someone who was always traveling, not many would be suspicious about where she got these strange food items and other fancy things that were piling up in the store.
