" Hmm if that's how you feel about the current elders of Varia, why not lead the family instead?!" Berian asked factly.
" And why would I lead those lying Bastards?! I'm sure as hell if I go back to that family as I am now, they'll probably shower me with false love and adoration until they find out how my bloodline purity sky rocketed," she stated her face twisting in disgust
' Damn my older descendants really did a number on her, there's no way I can convince her to return to the family' Berian sighed inwardly ' Ohh well that just means I'll mentor a new family bloodline...I wonder what hers will look like' Berian chuckled at the prospect.
" Well you do you, but as of this moment you'll be referring to me as master," she stated with a cheeky grin.
" What happened to I won't train you?! Follow your own path and all that propaganda you cooked up?!" Kamila asked without raising her head
" Ohh that...I simply changed my mind nothing else," she replied earning an unamused look from Kamila" Are all the myths as fickle as you?...Or are you simply just a special case??" She asked taunting her Ancestor.
" Hmm...it's a bit of both really... you'll get used to it, mist of the old family bloodline have their Ancestors will" she revealed what was one of the most guarded bloodline secrets
" As much as you want to mentor me and all....I will never call you master even If the sky falls and the stars descend upon Gelfar.... NEVER!" she declared as she looked her Ancestor in the eye
" You know, you should learn how to let go of some grudges....í even apologized to you, do you know how.hard it is for ME to apologize?!" Berian frowned as her playful facade begun to crumble bit by bit
" Get your head out the gutter! So what If you apologized?! Do you think a simple sorry and hand shake will make me a gullible fool! You over estimate yourself if you think your play will make me dance to your tune, or what did you think just because your my Ancestor I would bark everytime you clap.?!" she asked with a disdainful expression
" Never trust the wills of myths, Never trust the souls of legends, Never trust the the sweetest of promises made by an Ancient. Those arrogant and narcissist bastards will you with you manipulate you, use you and discard you in ways that you'd never think are possible' Is what MY MASTER taught me and my brother," she repeated his words
" So why would I comprise his teachings, the teachings of one of the few people I respect and look upto for you?! A wisp of An Ancestor I only heard stories of, stories that portrayed her as a battle crazed warrior, a conniving bitch who'd sell and sacrifice all for her ambitions, why should I trust you?!" Kamila berated
Berian's words were stuck in her throat as she didn't know how to counter, yes she could have said alot of things to defend and even shed some light over the stories her Descendant heard but....
She had noticed it from before....from when she inherited her legacy, the look in her descendants eyes changed. They held a seething hate which at the time had dismissed it for her reflecting and loathing over her own weaknesses.
But today, she saw it bare and naked unrestrained and unchained, the seething hate had erupted and it was all pointed towards her own family, a family she had founded and subtly guided
To have a descendant brewing so much hate, yet having so much talent was troublesome as it would spell the doom of her family something she was reluctant to see and so she sighed and asked with all honesty
" Kamila...." she begun as for the first she called her by her name "....if you had sufficient power, enough strength to go unhindered and unrestrained, what would you do to my family?!" She asked a question that would weigh how she interacted with this descendant of hers, this Kamila.
" Is that even a question..." Kamila scoffed " I would set it all ablaze! I would watch as it burns to the ground and finish everything within, who wants to pay a thousand fold when you can simply eradicate than all!" her honey gold eyes glowed radiantly as she laid down her will
Kamila had changed....she became far too spiteful, far too resentful, far too blood thirsty it was as if
' She was a wild beast....No wonder, my bloodline, my direct bloodline is far too primal and predatory, it follows it's desire to absurd lengths....and she who hasn't even gained sufficient control will be led by the nose with her impulses,' she mused inwardly her gaze locked with Kamila's 'so this is her desires speaking, I will have to visit those fools of Descendants that I have...'
" How about a deal Kamila? Not a material one but one bound to our souls, I will vow on the probability of my reincarnation to adhere my end of the bargain so long as you adhere to yours..." she begin
" Ahhh and what would the ohh so Great Myth of Dawn want will this weak descendant of hers?!" Kamila asked with a disdainful tease that made Berian's mouth twitch
" I would like to ask for the pardon of my Family, I would like to ask for you to bury the hatchet...no matter how large it might be, I would like to ask you to try and aid them if need be," she stated as her eyes held unwavering resolve.
" And why would I agree to your absurdities?! Your a Myth right?! Then save your family and don't bring me in your plans...." Kamila scoffed visibly portraying her unwillingness.
" So hear me to the end, In exchange I will grant you crucial parts of The Myth of Dawn that isn't within my bloodline, I will provide for you the sufficient materials to train your bloodline, along with a thousand years worth of memories of your own choosing from my own memories, I will also impart with you a unique....no my Unique Ability," she revealed buy Kamila retained her stoic expression
Seeing this Berian sighed and choose to up her rewards " Fine two thousand years worth of memories and an exclusive ability to summon my Avatar one a day for one minute...this is the most I can offer without facing complications."
" Kamila stared at her Ancestor and sighed Adjust the condition of 'try and aid them if need be' to aid them if possible, I will not risk my life for the absurdities of an Ancestor and the likes of Varia, this is the best I can go," Kamila bargained.to which Berian reluctantly nodded before adding a condition
" Them will you atleast train two descendants of Varia, better yet...can you request Ivarth...." she stopped mid sentence seeing Kamila's Piercing Golden gaze, that gaze spoke did not take even the dense of people more than a glance to understand
' Don't push your luck!'
