Martha and Naro were embraced by Rossana, while the sound of thunderclaps calmed them down.
"Hey, the storm is gone, let's go outside," Naro said.
"Let's see what the surroundings look like," Rosanna nodded in agreement.
The three of them stood up and left the room they were in. The sight that greeted them shocked Martha to the core.
They saw the once-blue ocean had turned green as if the water had turned into boiling acid. Countless skeletons floated on the surface.
But that wasn't the most horrifying part – the inner core of the island, further away, awaited them with even more terrifying things.
Rossana gestured for them to sit on the deck and they formed a small circle. The other members of the party were also on the deck, scanning the surroundings for any movement. Alan stood at the front, facing the endless green fog, while Captain Joseph and Author were on deck, keeping a lookout.
Inside the ship's control room, multiple holographic windows displayed the situation. It was clear from the control room that there was a path ahead, leading to the island in the distance with a castle standing in the middle.
On the deck, Martha was still scared. Rossana comfortingly stroked her head and asked, "Do you want to hear a story?"
Martha turned towards her, nodding slightly.
"What type of story do you want to hear?"
"I want to know about you," Martha answered
Hearing that, Rossana's face changed, as if she remembered a bitter past. "How about I tell you a story about a princess?"
"No," Martha refused. She was adamant about knowing more about Rossana.
Rossana sighed and began, "Okay, so I am a priestess of the Church of Light. Due to certain circumstances, I had to escape from them. When I was alone, trying to sleep in the forest, exhausted from not sleeping for a month, I was not yet powerful or mature enough."
------
Rossana had sought refuge under a banyan tree, hidden beneath a blanket of leaves, hoping to get some rest. Suddenly, she heard footsteps and laughter. When she opened her eyes, she was surrounded by people from the church.
"Rossana, you are surrounded and you can't escape now," they said. "You must surrender and understand that your sacrifice will be for the greater good. The disgrace our predecessors brought upon us can be eliminated if you agree to marry the emperor."
"No, do you even know his reputation?" Rossana retorted. "Do you know how many concubines he has? He treats women as trophies, satisfying his lust and then discarding them to his family to use them as breeding tools. Do you want me to become a breeding tool?"
"But don't you understand? That's just how things are," they tried to justify. "We talked to them and they promise not to treat you like others."
Rossana laughed bitterly. "Do you believe their lies? Look at what happened to Seria. You know how they treat her, don't you?"
"She is the one who exposed you to the emperor."
Shocked, Rossana exclaimed, "What?!"
"That's enough! Go get her!" the people with Rossana's father figure commanded. They bound her as she resisted, and she cast a spell in desperation["Deadly flower." ]Countless red flowers suddenly sprouted into existence.
["Dispel," ]the pop spoke with a simple word, causing the flowers to disappear once again.
["Bind!" ]They trapped her in invisible chains and forcefully dragged her along.
"I am sorry, Rossa. Forgive me for my sins," he pleaded.
They continued to bind her and dragged her with them. Fear crept in as she realized she would suffer the same fate as Seria. She was going to become a tool.
"I am going to become..." Before she could finish her thought, an explosion echoed through the surroundings. With a swift motion, a hand grabbed her waist and pulled her away. It was Arthur.
Together, they ran. Arthur was powerful, fighting off the people who pursued her. They ran for days, battling hunger and the harsh jungle. However, they were once again surrounded by the people of the church, including her father figure.
That was the moment when their saviour appeared. He was younger than them but exuded a mature aura. Carrying a wooden sword and with blue hair, he was Alen. Beside him stood Joseph.
Alen approached them and proclaimed, "I will save you. But you must take an oath to be forever loyal to me. I will treat you as family, but you will be my subordinates."
Weakened and battered, they were left with no choice but to believe in the teenage figure. They submitted to him, accepting his promises to treat them as family. At that moment, they witnessed a miraculous event.
A spell of magic, the "Series Six realm path" combined with the "3rd realm Asura tantra," brought down the wrath of hell upon the people of the church.
Boom!

As Rossa reached this point in her story, the ship suddenly shook, it was like an earth quick on the ship
All the party members' eyes search for an answer at the front part of the ship.
In the front part of the ship, Alen standing can be seen in front i a giant octopus hovers in the air.
The Giant Zombie Octupost stands at an astonishing height of 20 feet, towering over its victims with a menacing presence. Its body is a grotesque combination of decaying zombie flesh and slimy octopus tentacles.
The pale, rotting skin is covered in oozing sores and patches of decaying flesh, emitting a putrid stench that lingers in the air. The creature's eight long tentacles are covered in suckers, each one capable of gripping its prey tightly, rendering escape nearly impossible.
Alen gazed at the octopus and spoke, "Finally..."
His voice was filled with relief as if he had been waiting for this moment. He exuded confidence as if he had predicted it all. But then, boom!
Another figure appeared on the ship, tearing through the ship's barrier.
A figure emerged, captivating all who beheld his presence. A human-like being with a pale white complexion and a mane of dark purple hair, a single strand of vivid red intertwined within.
This enigmatic creature possessed an overwhelming power and emitted an aura that instilled both awe and fear.
With a swoosh, the octopus attacked Alen with its tentacle, catching him off guard. But Alen simply tilted his head and uttered, "Something has changed. This was not supposed to happen.".
