Chapter 69 - Regressors worry

Alen sat on a chair, which gently swayed back and forth in his dimly lit room. The moon's rays filtered through the window, casting a calm sensation over his face and enveloping his entire body. He held a glass of wine in his hand, lost in sombre contemplation.

The conversation with Onver had reopened wounds in Alen's heart, leaving him feeling melancholic. While he had revealed that Stan's (constant ) intention in returning to the past was to save his brother, he had purposefully withheld the details of their deaths and the reasons behind their regressions.

He did, however, leave a hint about an impending catastrophe and a future event of great magnitude.

The absence of Stan had greatly altered the course of events that were to transpire. In the past, Stan had played a prominent role in invasions and blocking the plans of entities seeking control over Earth. His current absence raised concerns and necessitated changes to Alen's plans.
