Ilsandra looked miserable as she was dragged in by two very large abominations. Both of the 'guards' looked like they were mashed pieces of human sewed and patched together with wires, metal bands, and other accessories that were embedded in their skin of varying greys.
They hadn't even allowed her to walk on her own two feet, and instead felt her toes hit every bump and rock on the way towards Azrael's throne that was so large it towered over every other piece of furniture in the room - including the large statues he had built of himself out of onyx and black marble.
Tacky.
Her heart throbbed the closer they got, and upon the moment she saw a proud smug smile on his face.
He began with a deep, yet slow and sly voice that echoed with authority. "My favorite little bride, you've finally returned home. What took you so long to do what I asked of you?"
