After driving for a while, Betsy Russell noticed in the rearview mirror that a sports car had been following them.
Betsy arched her eyebrows slightly but didn't mind the car, driving straight into her own apartment's parking lot.
The sports car finally vanished, and Betsy parked her car before she and Heather Scott walked to her apartment with laughter and chitchat.
She had purchased the apartment opposite Heather's, thinking that living close together would make it easier to help each other out.
Betsy returned to her room alone for a rest. Having been busy all day, she was quite tired. After taking a shower, she went to bed.
Betsy was awakened the next morning by a call from Natalie.
"Hello, Natalie?" Betsy spoke sleepily without opening her eyes, "What's up?"
"Miss Russell, it's like this. Our movie 'Maps to the Stars' is supposed to sign distribution contracts with major theaters, but none of the theaters are willing to sign an agreement with us."
