Yvonne Young stepped out of the room, took out her phone, and scrolled to a phone number she hadn't dialed in a long time. She hesitated for a moment with her finger on Christopher Gray's name, then pressed it.
She was surprised to hear the connection, and put the phone to her ear.
A familiar male voice came through the receiver, "Celine."
As always, the gentle tone of his voice made it easy for her to picture his slightly conniving yet elegant appearance.
Yvonne took a deep breath and said, "Where are you? I want to talk to you."
He chuckled lightly on the other end, "I'm waiting for you on the balcony of your room."
His tone carried no surprise.
It was as if he had been expecting her and was just waiting.
Yvonne didn't say anything more. She hung up and told Spencer Sullivan, who had just finished his phone call as well, "Wait for me here and look after Ella Quinn in the meantime. I have something to discuss with Christopher Gray."
