She broke down, squatting on the ground, holding her head, and screamed, "Ah...!"
Tears, like broken pearls, fell, and not for a moment in all these years of torment had she felt more desperate than now.
"Miss Young, please calm down..."
"Shut up, you accomplice!" Yvonne stood up, rushed to Penny's face, grabbed her by the collar, and glared at her with angry, bloodshot eyes.
Like a terrifying beast.
Penny was frightened, both her hands wide open, not knowing what to do.
"I'll settle the score with you later!" Yvonne gritted her teeth, pushed Penny away, clenched her fists, and walked out of the kitchen, out of the restaurant...out of the door, as if carrying the weight of a mountain.
She picked up her bag at the door, not bothering to change her shoes.
