So indifferent, as if he'd seen through everything...
Spencer Sullivan's smile suddenly disappeared from his face, "Did Yvonne Young learn a lesson from what happened to Yoel Young?"
He snorted coldly and reached out to take the water.
Every time she heard her father's name, Yvonne's heart ached with pain.
Suppressing her sadness, she responded firmly to Spencer Sullivan, "My father would never use inferior materials."
Spencer's face suddenly turned cold, and the atmosphere chilled as well.
He stood up abruptly and closed in on Yvonne, "Yvonne, do you hate me?"
The familiar handsome face grew larger before her eyes, and Yvonne leaned backward.
For a moment, she wanted to say yes, but she held back her emotions and simply said, "You're drunk."
She pushed Spencer away and stood up.
She hated herself for being conflicted over this issue; how could she not hate him?
At the last moment, he left her father with no way out, scorning and tormenting her.
