Even through the mask, her disdainful expression was palpable.
Mandy Carter's face changed abruptly as she raised her hand to remove Yvonne Young's mask, but Yvonne dodged backwards subconsciously. It happened so suddenly that she lost her balance and fell back.
Suddenly, a tall man appeared behind her, and she coincidentally leaned against his leg with half of her upper body.
As she opened her eyes, she caught the man's cold gaze moving away from her. He gently raised his foot and kicked Yvonne off like a soccer ball.
Even so, it was much better than slamming her head on the ground as she almost did before. She was thankful for Spencer Sullivan's cruelty and indifference.
Otherwise, Mandy would have become more hostile towards her and would have attracted her attention.
Spencer didn't look at Yvonne again, but instead, he stared anxiously at Mandy and asked, "What did she do?"
