Chapter 7 - Another new member?

We arrived at the Xorxos' residence. It was huge and luxuriously furnished. I was impressed. Honestly, I was.

The house had a lot of passageways. I counted almost ten with my eyes and was surprised. I wondered how many secret doors they had. Must be nice to be rich.

Birdynn and Mistaike kept staring at everything and almost bumped into some antiques. At one point, I gave them some distance. Like, my minions are meant to be well-behaved and formal. Not looking like Pokemon without their trainers.

Dinner was exquisite. Cunta made sure we were served like nobles, "Don't add vegetables to the meal," she warned the head cook in a very stern tone.

I smiled as the food was served on the table. The house was swarming with maidservants and manservants. I was ushered alongside my two idiots to the round table.

I dug my knife into the large piece of steak. I was eating greedily when a muscular man appeared from nowhere. Without a doubt, I was sure he had walked in from one of the passageways. He was dressed befitting a rich man.

He sat at the head of the table and picked up his fork. It was then I noticed that Cunta hadn't eaten a bite either. Seems like this man was very important to her.

"I see you rescued my daughter," he said in a husky voice. I nearly choked on the meat in my mouth.

I nodded. So this was her father? There was simply no resemblance and it wasn't surprising. Like, imagine those Chimera ants in the latest episodes of Hunter X Hunter. They in no way resembled the queen. Yunno.

A middle-aged woman approached from one of the passageways and to be frank, she was stunning. I was mesmerized by her beauty.

She walked gracefully to Cunta and planted a kiss on the middle of her head. She walked to the man and kissed his cheek before she sat on the chair that was empty beside him.

"I'm sure my husband and daughter haven't introduced themselves," she said in such a calming tone. I would have argued with anyone that she was a siren if I hadn't seen her walk on her two legs.

She was a perfect work of art. Like the fresh morning dew that falls on the morning of a beautiful day.

Was I having a crush on someone else's wife? Definitely not! Was I going to admire her beauty from a distance? Yes, I was. "I'm Regal Dun Font Xorxos and you've met my husband, Cuntel Font Xorxos, and my daughter Cunta Xorxos," she said as she looked at me." Thank you for rescuing my daughter," she added.

I nodded, "It's my pleasure," and said whilst hiding my face. I didn't want her to see my beet-red cheeks. It would have been embarrassing for me. I didn't want that. I was… no, I am the strongest. And don't ever forget that!

Cuntel, her father sighed, "Can I talk with you?" He said and looked me in the eye. I gulped hard and nodded again.

He smiled. Birdynn smiled too. I wondered why? Dinner was soon over and I found myself walking together with Cuntel Font Xorxos to his library. I wondered what was in store for me.

The strongest man alive.
