"Even I don't get it, what's with them by the way?" Makoy ask which made Christine scratch her head.

"Finally they are gone now. Do you want to return to your home now?" I ask David who was currently removing his helmet.
"Let's return first, I want to change to my clothes. Let's sleep in your house tonight." David said.
"Ehh why there? I don't want to sleep there. There's no aircon in my room." I said.
"I don't want to sleep in my room tonight, I feel like you were going to return to your own room after I fall asleep. It's much better if I just sleep in your room instead."
I showed David a irritated look but the other ignored me and only put his arm on my shoulder.
"Don't give me that face. I am very frustrated in my day today as well so you better do everything to cheer me up, it's your obligation. From my secretary being my ex to your secretary being Clark added by the fact that we still have to face a Lich tomorrow without proper training and my utterly defeat against you, I feel like the world hates me."
That is very frustrating in his part indeed. After all, everything happens not because we like it, but because fate brought it up to us by using his father. I think he's not comfortable having Clark as my secretary, after all that is the guy that I was hitting off before. It's all my fault for not telling the Chairman about our relationship. And for also hiding the fact that David knows that I was hitting at Clark before. But things happen already so there's nothing we could do about it.
Also David mind his secretary very much as well, probably due to a fact that both of them didn't end their relationship in a good way. After all she dump him because she couldn't take his wild nature in bed and his bigger size down there.
I don't know if his ex will leave the position as his secretary later on because of their past. And both David and I don't want to fire her as well, probably because we think the same that its too rude to just fire someone so casually, it's the same for Clark as well.

We both walk outside the powerplant without a proper direction. We are just feeling the air outside.

David said while looking at the grass.
He feels so down. I thought that if I help him become an awakened then everything should be alright for him but I guess I'm wrong. He's human after all so he's not immune to insecurities even after reaching the realm that millions of people dreamed of.

I gathered my mana and manipulate it.
"Ok, just text me when you're finish changing already." I said and I activate my spell.
