As he walked around, he looked around at all the different people. It seemed that the frontrooms were infested with humans. He looked around as he recognized. That it looked like level 11, But there were cars... Many cars. There were lights in which, he found no purpose, Flashing green and red randomly. The ambience was annoying. He walked in the middle of the traffic and crossed, like he was in level 11. His presence there, made many of the people to honk their horns. The sharp sound was annoying, but he did his best to ignore it.
He thought to himself "What do they have to do with me to make those annoying sounds?" His clothes seemed dirty, old and stained. He looked like a homeless guy. But he didn't really care. He was used to this smell already. He had a slightly long hair, that has grown for 4 years. It was flowing freely, the movements of the cars made a strong enough flow that, blew his hair slightly. It smelled, in level 11 the smell was fresh, even though it was a city, there were no cars to ruin the feeling...
He thought about the echoing ambience that the backrooms provided him. He thought to himself, as he thought about the comfort of those levels, even though he hasn't seen much of it. Deep down, his heart told him that he was already far too familiar with every single one of them. No memories, just beliefs. He walked around, from time to time jumping slightly. He was joyful, unbound. Even though he caused a few car crashes, and still hasn't been harmed, even though there was a slight faint sound from all of those cars. His mind put a filter on it, because it peeked into those levels, that he had seen. "Is this place even for me?" He asked himself ignoring the others, who tried their best to not look at him over it. But then, as he caused another, slight inconvenience. Sirens began appearing, as he just brushed it off. At that moment, he felt slightly hungry and saw what was looking like a convenience store. He went inside and looked around, looking for something to eat, while the sirens grew ever louder, yet... far away.
He looked through the place for something, he looked at the sweets as he thought to himself if he really wanted them, but it really wasn't to his taste. He preferred something salty, Maybe a bag of chips? As he found one, he just grabbed it and left without paying no nothing. To him, the numbers below the product, resembled nothing. Even when the cashier, tried to stop him, he didn't seem to notice his existence. He was in his own bubble. He was happy in a way, now that he taught himself to not pay attention to the world and keep his ears from the noise it made. As he opened the bag of chips and began eating, a few yelling voices were heard, but not to him, he couldn't care less about them. He simply enjoyed his snack while all of this was happening. But then he was pushed down on the ground as he dropped his chips, it kinda hurt. And he didn't like that, He was pinned to the ground as he looked up, and he saw a cop. It was kind of hard to breath, but it wasn't a problem for him. As he noclipped into the ground just to appear before the cop, he looked at him clearly annoyed, as the cop pulled out a gun and stood up.
The weapon pointed at him, didn't frighten him. He simply didn't feel the need to fear anything. At that moment, thought began racing through his mind as he heard the cop speaking, Empty words.
"Could i send him to the backrooms? Should I?" He murmured to himself, even though annoyed, he decided to just brush it off, as he grabbed what was left in the bag of chips on the ground and began walking again. He simply ignored, and was happy about it. After this he didn't know if he wanted to stay there for long, maybe a hour or two and he would leave. The cop chased after him as more of them came out as more cars began appearing. It seemed that the havoc was still happening. He walked on another red light yet again, almost getting run over, by one of the cop cars.
At this point the sources of that annoying sound became louder, duo to how many they were.
He looked around as they, surrounded him, with guns pointed at him. They tried saying something to him, but he couldn't hear them, not only because the noise deafened their yelling, but because he was simply making himself hear less, like his ears are slightly in the backrooms and there. He looked at them amused as he reached down to finish the bag of chips.
He lifted his shoulders as he pulled one ear out to hear what they were saying. Which was "Get on the ground you are under arrest!"
He could tell that they were trying to intimidate him. But he wondered what would happen if he did, it's not like they can do much to him if he doesn't let them. In mind, the backrooms has engraved that he had the power to noclip, but it didn't limit him to just places, but also people. At least that is what he believed. So he simply finished the chips and threw the bag in one of the garbage bins, before getting down.
As he did, one of the cops proceeded with caution, to put the cuffs on him, as he lifted him and lead him toward one of the cars. As he was sat down at the car, he simply enjoyed the moment as the muffled annoying sounds, became quiet. Silence... nothing coming from them. He looked out through the window as he enjoyed the alive feeling. "What a nice place..." He said as the officer in the passengers seat looked at him. "You have the right to remain silent."
"Oh please, it's not like I am annoying anyone." He said like a child, before he simply noclipped out of his handcuffs, as they fell down. They were beginning to get quite uncomfortable. "You have broken enough laws, Stealing, not only that, you caused enough incidents." The officer began reading what he had done in the past hour or so.
"Laws?" He asked with a confused smile. Where he came from there were no laws.
"Yes, Laws!" The officer answered with clear anger in his voice.
"Hum... Interesting..." He said as he looked out once again, now with his hands free, it seemed to help him get comfortable. Somehow the cops didn't even realize that he didn't had cuffs on.
Dead silence after that. He couldn't help, but enjoy himself, seemingly clueless over the situation. Ignorance is bliss. He was unbound and unchanged by the influence over the outside world. The backrooms have turned him into its child, a new pure being.
He simply wanted as the buildings went by, people looking at him weirdly from time to time, but non the less, still enjoyable. After what seemed like 20 minutes of traffic, they finally reached the destination. Where they once again, put on the handcuffs on him as they moved him in for questioning.
As they moved him into the room, he was sat down and he had to wait for some time, before a person was let in to question him.
"Good day, Please state your Name, Since my colleagues forgot to ask you about it." The man said as he sat down on the other side of the table.
"Name?" He was confused over the request of a name. He didn't remember, but he didn't even have a name. He simply existed. "I don't know..."
The man looked at his weirdly over how could someone don't even know their name, but he didn't know where the child came from, the backrooms stripped him from all he had and now he was left like a new person. Simply a child of the backrooms. "Alright... Could you tell me the reason why you caused so much havoc?" The man asked looking down the piece of paper which had the events that took place.
"Havoc? I was just exploring."
"Alright, but you still caused enough problems, four car crashes and stealing, not only that, one of my colleagues said that you assaulted them. Like there are rules and everyone must follow them."
"Rules?"
"Yes, rules!"
"If you believe my life is bound by miserable rules then you have strongly mistaken me for the likes of you. I don't have anything to say to you." The child said as a voice in his mind, spoke to him "Send him away!"
With that the thought appeared into his mind as the man who was supposed to be questioning him, sunk into the ground with the chair he was sitting on, and suddenly appeared into Level 0. It was a brutal act, forcing a man to go into a place where madness awaited if not ready. On the other side of the screen the people watching over saw, how the man sunk into the ground as it became clear that this kid was clear danger. They were terrified by the sight, but the thought of what might have happened to the man made it worst.
As he thought about what he did, he removed the handcuffs he had and put his feet onto the table. "Maybe that was a bit too cruel..." He said as he decided to pull the man outside of the backrooms as the ceiling began closing down on the man there. It simply wanted to take him and send him back here.
And just like a miracle, the man appeared on his knees on the floor. He was clearly shaken by the experience. "I apologize..." The child said as he stood from the chair and helped the man stand up, before sitting him down to rest and simply noclipping through the door into the hallway, before beginning his walk towards the exit. He seemed to not care in any shape, about the police. So as he stepped out he tripped down the stairs and then the thought "Guess it's time to go back." Appeared as he noclipped through the ground and onto level 0, but now he decided to take a walk through the levels he haven't visited yet.
