It was as if time had stopped, but it didn't. Elle just felt her soul sucked by those bright red eyes. She had seen many of vampires with the same red eye color yet why does Magnus's crimson gaze stood out beyond the rest?
"You don't look alright," Magnus said to her and it took her a while to snap out of the shock.
"Will anyone look alright in my position?' She didn't mean to be cheeky, but she could only find those words to respond to him.
"You should know this, kitty cat," Magnus swiped his red eyes away from her eyes to her body that were trembling in fear. His knuckles seemed to have clenched as he stared at her hair that was now covered in blood.
"What?" She asked. Her voice was breathy as she shivered from the chills.
"I despise it when someone or something touches what's mine," Magnus then stare at the human bandit who was crawling away to escape him. "Do you know what punishment I give to people who touched my belonging?"
