By the time Vespara had arrived to the office room and told aloud to both him and Roland who was in the empty room of his newfound plan and what the researcher has managed to discover an impossible task, the rain behind them had stopped.
Magnus's face brightened, the lines of worries that occupied his charming face quickly let everyone know that perhaps this was the only chance they had. Roland who received the news wasn't as happy, however, he argued of how dangerous this could be. He pointed Vespara that he would be losing two lives if he aren't sure if his own words but Vespara convinced that this is the only way.
The only way to do it without turning anyone into a demon, making a new curse, or to sacrifice a single soul.
Magnus took the chance. No matter how small it is, it was better than nothing.
