Senran Kagura Deep Crimson Op

Veil of crimson lotus

The wind carried the scent of incense and blood as the once-quiet halls of the Vermilion Palace echoed with whispers of treachery. At its heart stood Queen Lian Yuhua, a woman born of divine blood, her beauty as ethereal as the moon over a jade lake. Yet, her throne was steeped in peril, her life threatened by unseen hands lurking in the shadows. Her fate was now bound to Wei Zhaoyun, an exiled warrior of the Xuanhua Sect, sworn to guard her until death or destiny claimed them both. Zhaoyun was a man of iron will, his presence akin to a silent storm. Garbed in dark robes embroidered with the sigil of a coiling dragon, his blade-Frost bane-rested ever at his hip, its steel humming with suppressed power. His past was shrouded in dishonor, a fallen disciple once meant for greatness, now tethered to a ruler who saw him as little more than a blade for hire. Yet, where distrust once reigned, necessity wove an unbreakable thread between them. The assassins of the Ghost Lotus Sect sought Lian Yuhua's life, and only Zhaoyun's skill in arts and spiritual cultivation could shield her from the daggers of fate. Through perilous nights and shadowed corridors, their partnership was tested-by demons, by duty, and by the unspoken emotions neither dared acknowledge. As the heavens waged war over their destinies, one truth became clear: neither was meant to stand alone. In a world of celestial beasts, forbidden techniques, and fractured loyalties, the Queen and her reluctant guardian would carve their own legend-one written in blood and bound by fate. "You expect me to kneel?" Zhaoyun's voice was like unsheathed steel, cold and cutting. "You are my guard, not my master," Lian Yuhua countered, her golden eyes unyielding. "You will protect me, or your life is forfeit." He hated her arrogance. She hated his defiance.

OP Absorption

Later that day, Fin was out on his usual scrap run. The safe zone’s edge was a mess of twisted metal and broken concrete, leftovers from when the first Gates opened. He lugged a heavy bag over his shoulder, his boots crunching on gravel. The air smelled like rust and something faintly sour—probably a dead rat or worse. “Yo, Fin! Hurry it up!” his boss, Greg, yelled from the truck parked a hundred yards away. Greg was a squat, sweaty guy who acted like he was king of the scrap heap. “We ain’t got all day!” “Yeah, yeah,” Fin muttered under his breath. He bent down to grab a jagged piece of rebar, his fingers brushing the cold metal. His power kicked in—useless as ever. He could feel every nick and dent in the steel, like it was whispering its boring life story to him. 'Wow, so thrilling,' he thought sarcastically. That’s when he heard it—a low, guttural growl. He froze. His head snapped up, eyes darting around. The safe zone wasn’t *supposed* to have monsters. That’s why it was called safe. But the sound came again, closer this time, from behind a pile of rubble. “Greg?” He called, his voice shaky. “You hear that?” No answer. The truck’s engine roared to life—Greg was bailing. “Fin, move your ass!” the man shouted before peeling out, dust kicking up behind him. “Seriously?!” Fin dropped the rebar and bolted. He wasn’t a runner, but fear made his legs move faster than he thought possible. The growling turned into a snarl, and he risked a glance back. Something big and scaly was charging after him—green skin, claws like kitchen knives, and a mouth full of teeth that didn’t fit right. A monster. A freaking monster.

The Crimson Executioner

When the world stood on the brink of destruction, consumed by the might of an all-powerful darkness, humanity prayed for salvation. They wished for the light—never realizing that their desperate plea would bring a curse far worse than the darkness itself. Seven hundred years ago, in its most desperate hour, the world summoned a group of legendary heroes from another realm. These warriors, blessed with extraordinary abilities, united under a single purpose: to vanquish the almighty Dark Lord. Through sheer determination, teamwork, and a stroke of fortune, they succeeded, delivering the world from its greatest nightmare. The kingdom rejoiced. The people celebrated their saviors with parades, songs, and endless praise. But victory had changed the heroes. Power, once a tool of salvation, had become an addiction. The taste of worship, the ease with which they could bend the world to their will—it was intoxicating. The heroes, who were meant to be symbols of hope, refused to leave. They crowned themselves rulers, shaping the world in their image. What was once light had become a deeper, more terrifying darkness. Now, centuries later, their descendants still reign—oppressive, immortal, and untouchable. No one dares to oppose them… until Mary, an ordinary young man with no talents, no abilities, and no destiny, does the impossible. By sheer accident, he kills one of the ruling heroes. Now branded a traitor and a threat, Mary is left with only two choices: run and die… or keep fighting and become something even more terrifying than the legends themselves. Because if one hero can fall, then so can the rest. And Mary? He’s just getting started. ..........
