This ability is tasteless but it's actually useful for Rowan, not only he can sense the emotion of any individual but al sense if someone have bad intension to him.
But right now it's useful reading the mood of his sisters, for example, Grace is super hype again, her ranging emotion makes Rowan feel dizzy.
Parallel Processing
The ability to carry out multiple thought processes at once.
He never once stop thinking, with his about he can come up with solution for every problem even it come same time.
Mind Map
Ability to recreate everything around you on form of 3D map, you can control everything and change as long as your mental strength can take.
This is the most useful ability he got, a building game inside of his mind, it's like a huge Sandbox MMORPG inside of his head where he is the God.
He using it to develop the whole territory without going on the location, he can change and recreate everything inside of his mind without using paper and ink.
With only 20% Sage Inheritance, the ability he get is so much, some are useful some are useless but the percentage of useful is huge.
20% is enough for him, he is studying like a college student taking exam so he stop to rest his mind, he come out to see the progress of the girls today.

Sylvia is a genius when it comes in creating new things from simple ancient Letter, she develop multiple things that are useful for them.
She also create some items that comes from the future base on the reference from Rowan's mouth.
For example she created a Automatic Heater using [ Wind ] and [ Warm ] ancient Letter.
She ask for a small box and put the complete engrave letters inside and decort it to make it more presentable.
The weather in the territory is cold thing month so her newly invention I become the hot commodity of everyone.
Not only the living room but also every room has her own home made heating system that works using the energy core inside.
There's also a gigantic freezer that transform from cold storage underground.
She use [ Wind ] and [ Ice ] to freeze the whole room where they store all the meat and meat products.
And the most useful of the invention she created is a portable telephone.
Using [ Wind ], [ Vibration ], [ Alarm ] and [ Wave ] she created the first walkie talkie.
The [ Wind ] and [ Wave ] create the small frequency in the air.
Using [ Vibration ] as form of sound transfer you can talk on each other clearly base on the range of each, the far the person you talking the longer the delay.
The [ Alarm ] on the other hand is the receiver of the calling device but right now the phone she made is only six pairs as the receiver problem is still not solve.
Over all her training is fruitful, she is a genius when it comes on creating new things and applying what she learn.

Next is Winey, she finally complete Rowan's task for her.
With just two weeks of practice, she can pull fog from the mountains and the cloud up in the sky, she can also make it stay on one place as long as her energy is sufficient.
Just looking at her creating a gigantic tornado in the backyard makes Rowan think that this girl will going to be a huge headache for the enemy in the future.
Her control towards the wind is perfect, she only need some guidance and insert some idea to make her ability more useful.
