ONCE THE mother arrived that day, she had told Adda they were going to spend Saturday at Grace's house, attending to a lunch invitation. The daughter knew she had no escape or excuse, so while she was in the blue car's backseat with her brother she planned she wouldn't be caught alone with Travis, that way, they wouldn't be able to talk about that week's incident.
