At lunch hour Haru was surrounded by many students. They were the kind who try to befriend all the people who might advantage them in the future. These people pretend to be your friends until you are willing to favour them but think twice when you ask them something that no value even for them.
I wanted to ask him for having lunch together but I didn't want to be a part of that crowd. I took my lunch and walked out of the classroom. While getting outside the door I glanced over at him. His expression was a bit annoyed. I wanted to charge in and take him out of that obnoxious and suffocating crowd but didn't want trouble with my new classmates at the same time. I didn't know what to do. The tense expression on his face was draggimg me towards him, as if telling me to come save him. My feet moved before I even knew it.
I pushed two of the students aside and grabbed hold of Haru's hands. His fingers were long and tender. He held back my hand, a surprised look on his face. "Let me show you around the school." I said. He nodded. Hand in hand I took him out of the class.
After we were outside the corridor I realised what I did was a bit overwhelming. My face reddens from blushing. "That was pretty brave of you, Aka-tan." Haru said. I blush even more and turn away. My eyes squinched hard. "I'm sorry... That might have been rude of me." I say. Just then I felt something on my head. Haru's slender fingers were stroking my hair. "Thanks, I was feeling overwhelmed by them." He said.
"And also you look cute when you feel ashamed." Haru exclaimed as he broke into another laughter. At this point I don't want anything in the world. All I want is for that tall slender silhouette to be mine. I want those long slender fingers to be mine. I want to hear that beautiful laughter again and again...and again for eternity. "Haru," I say out of the blue. "I want you to be mine." I say as my eyes lock with his eyes, the depth of which seems unending. I want his dark black eyes to be mine.
