"Master, I shouldn't eat this," Sumay said, looking at the meat in her hand.
"Hmm?" Yumko asked.
"This is monster meat, as a Holy Maiden, I shouldn't eat it but if you want me to, I will," Sumay said, with the meat in her left hand, holding it up.
"If you shouldn't eat it, I won't make you- Wait this is monster meat?!" Yumiko shouted and then stopped walking.
"Yes, master. It isn't deadly, don't worry"
"I would hope so. You can give me yours" Monster meat, weird but why is it so good?
Yumiko wondered as they went on their way to the back gate. After Yumiko ate the skewered meats, they made it outside the gate.
"This way, master," Sumay said as she led Yumiko to the location.
Sometime later, they made it to the dungeon doors, the opening was attached to a hill in a big open grass field. The doors were made of stone and were huge with a beautiful silver intricate design on both doors and stone pillars beside the doors. It was overgrown, vines were on the doors and the pillars and there were also cracks on the pillars. In front of the left door was a white stone podium with a few cracks.
"Whoa…" Yumiko said as she stood in front of the huge dungeon doors, in awe. This is so cool! I wonder what's inside! Dungeons in the games I played were normally set up the same, a maze or multiple paths with monsters to stop you from reaching the end. At the end there's a boss fight, should be easy.
"Let's go," Yumiko said, then started walking to the doors.
"One second, master," Sumay said, stopping her.
"Yeah?" She stopped, then said and turned around.
"Pardon me, master. Before we go in, I would like to answer the question you asked me"
"Ah, I'm not sure what you're talking about," she said, then walked back to Sumay.
"Two days, 3 hours and 25 minutes ago you asked me, 'Summoning, how does it work in this world'. Those were your exact word"
Wait, really? I do remember asking about summoning but I don't remember what exactly I said and I just remember it was sometime after we met… A, for accuracy, I think?
"I'm surprised you remembered that," she said with an awkward smile and her shoulder slightly raised.
"I remember everything my masters do and say"
"Okay, what was the first thing I said when I summoned you?" Yumiko asked with a smile, not remembering what she said.

Oh! Yeah, forgot about that, still true. She has my favourite character design, after all. White hair, scarlet eyes, and a loyal dog personally. "So, what was the answer?"
"To summon a monster, spirit, or anything else, you call out to them and if they want or if you're more powerful than them, you make a contract. Normally if you do not know a given name you can just say the race's name and a member of the race will answer your call"
Okay, so it's like in fantasy stories or is it more like a demon summoning with the summoning circles made of chalk? Yumiko Thought.
"Let's try!" She said excitedly and with her hands clapped together.
"Yes, master"
"What should I summon? Something to help with the dungeon" Yumiko crossed her hands and slightly tilted her head.
I mean we don't need help in the dungeon, Sumay is more than enough. I don't even know the name of any of the summons. For Sumay, I would just call out Holy Maiden and whichever one wanted would make a contract- how did I even summon Sumay? She was just there when I came to this world.
"Tanaka, master"
"Hm?"
"Something to help in the dungeon would be a sorcerer. I know of one that is very powerful, their name is Tanaka"
If they're powerful, will they accept my contract? Yeah, I'm amazing and beautiful but I'm also honest and right now, I'm pretty weak.
"Are they from Nexus"
"No. I don't know them, personally. I heard about them when I was serving one of my previous masters"
"Okay, now, what do I say?"
"Tanaka the sorcerer elf, I, your name, summon you to make a contract with me, it can be anything along those lines, as long as it's clear who or what you're calling and what you want, master"
"Tanaka the sorcerer elf, I summon you to make a contract with me, Yumiko Shiwoka," Yumiko said with her eyes closed and her right hand out.
A bright blue light appeared in front of her. A young man looking to be in his late teens, or early twenties with pointed ears, appeared floating above the ground and then went on his feet.
Tanaka Noel had reddish brown to black hair, a lot but it's short, black eyes with blue cubes as pupils, long pointed ears and a beauty mark next to his mouth. He's wearing a brown suit vest, the sleeves rounded up with a white shirt, black jeans and a belt. He uses a metal staff with a golden orb.
Waoh, he's… pretty- handsome? No, definitely pretty… And that actually worked! "Hello, Tanaka. I would like-" Yumiko said to the young man before being cut off.
"Hi! And I prefer magician," Tanaka smiled, "and I would love to make a contract with you," he said excitedly.
Makes sense. I mean, I'm perfect. Who wouldn't want to serve me? I don't know why I was worried, guess I thought my charm wouldn't work as well here or something?
"You're very pretty! I like pretty things and pretty people make for good company," Tanaka said happily with a smile as he took her hands together then let them go and spun around, "And not only is your face but your aura," then lowered his voice as he looked at Yumiko with a smile and his head slightly tilted.
He could see her aura, a bright light around her, most of the light had a golden glow but inside of that was a darker light.
"Thank you. I think you're pretty too," Yumiko said with her heartwarming smile. I mean not as gorgeous as me but you're good, wait are all summons good-looking? Cause both of mine are highly attractive, "So how do we make a contract?"
Tanaka walked towards Yumiko and took her hand. He held it up while Sumay watched a little way by the gate doors.
He then used his other hand's finger to make a small wind blade spell and cut the centre of Yumiko's hand, it began bleeding.
"Repeat after me, 'With this contract, I will therefore be your master, you will serve and obey me.'" Tanaka said as he held Yumiko's hand.

Tanaka smiled, then squeezed Yumiko's hand, it bled more and the blood started to spill, he leaned-
"Wait, are your hands clean?"
He stopped and looked at her with a slightly raised eyebrow.
"Ah… I don't know, probably, yeah," she said with an awkward smile and tone in her voice with her shoulders slightly raised. Of course, they're my hands, I'm always clean and I watched my hands after eating that meat before leaving the village.
Where was I? Oh, yes, he leaned in and licked the blood on her hand then swallowed. Weird, right? Yumiko stepped back, she was startled, Tanaka was still holding her hand, so he pulled her back.
"Relax, it's part of the contract, look"
He then let go of Yumiko's hand and showed her his right hand. There was now a gold symbol of what looked like chains and a half-heart intertwined.
"I have your seal and am now officially your summon I have to do whatever you say now," Tanaka said then did a deep bow, his right hand in front and his left up behind, "Tanaka Noel, it is a pleasure to serve you," he said, then looked up at Yumiko with a big smirk.
"Pleasure to be served by you. And this is Sumay" Yumiko said with a smile, Sumay walked over to them.
"Pleasure," Sumay said as she put her hand out for a handshake.
"Why so formal, we're serving the same master. But the pleasure is all mine" Tanaka said then shaked Sumay's hand.
"Shall we go in, master?" Sumay turned to the doors, holding her hands out in that area, looking at Yumiko.
"Ohh, what are we doing?" Asked Tanaka with a curious look and his finger on his cheek.
"We're doing a dungeon and we shell" Yumiko said with a big happy smile and her hands on her hips, then started walking. I can't wait, I'd love to see a real dungeon and test out my new summon!
Yumiko, Sumay and their new ally, Tanaka, went into the dungeon, using the white stone podium.
Sumay walked to the podium with Yumiko and Tanaka behind her. Sumay placed her hand on the podium, it started to glow and the stone doors opened. The inside of the dungeon was bigger than it looked, it was made of stone and had vines, moss and cobwebs all over the walls and ceiling. When they went into the dungeon, there was one path that broke into more.
